I am a new TMO customer. I ported a line over from Verizon I brought a 6+ to use on TMO. I ordered the 6s Plus and was given a 4 week window for delivery. But I found a TMO 6s plus 64GB SG on Apples website. So I called TMO customer service and told me i could just do the upgrade in the apple store. So I reserved it and went to the store. But its turns out I can't do the EIP in an Apple store. Called TMO CS again and they said it must be because I have an order in progress for that line so they canceled my existing order.
Reserved another one two days later and guess what? The same issue. Error says I cannot do EIP in an Apple store and to call TMO. I called them and reached out to TMO Twitter and Facebook and they don't know why I can't do EIP in apple stores.
So this morning I looked on the TMO site and it said the 128GB SG 6s Plus is available right now. I don't need that much storage but if I can get it immediately...well its worth the extra $100 to me.
So I chatted with a CS rep this morning and she said to cancel the backordered 6s+ 64GB SG and get the 128GB as it shows in stock. Great news! Followed her advice and got my order it. It was processing and now.....you guessed it. It shows as backorder!!! I chatted with CS again and they do not know when it will be instock. But it still shows as available on the TMO site http://explore.t-mobile.com/shipping-dates

I just can't win!
 
64GB 6S+ SG ordered 10/3 was delivered today morning! Will post pics later today!
When was your phone shipped? Did you order overnight or standard delivery. Just wondering about how long it will take for mine to get to me once it is charged?

Shipped this past Friday Night and my order was overnight sipping for free but only on weekdays obviously which is why it was delivered today

I don't know if it's because you're a JOD customer or what but I went through a few hoops with my order with T-Mobile I waited from the 15th of Sept until the 4th of October I had it found a phone in the Apple Store and reserved it went and they told me I had to cancel my order. That took so long to just cancel the order hours for them to cancel it out they said it wouldn't let them cancel it. The Apple Store rep said he would hold it for me for 2 days. So I waited 24 hours and went back to the Apple Store for more drama. They couldn't use my JUMP(regular jump). I called T-Mobile the rep said he would tweak the system so that I could and after an hour I still couldn't. Finally the Apple Store rep said we can just do a regular upgrade and bam that's it that's all. The T-Mobile gave me a code so that I could get a label to ship my 6 Plus back and said once they receive it they would take it off and credit me for the balance charged on my bill. I kept it and gave it to my husband. That's my headache to get the 6s plus oh yeah I got it October 5th!

I just can't get a straight answer from TMO and now I have another order on backorder with no date in sight.
It's making me rethink my decision to port to TMO tbh.

Yes I am glad it was too much I've received other phones on release day never been this hectic but those other phones weren't iPhones. JUMP on demand is where you get to upgrade 3x a year and pay nothing down. I have Regular JUMP in which I pay taxes and a down payment depending on the storage capacity. Regular Jump is $10 a month and my ins is bundled with it. JOD seems better until you break it down. However the Jump plan I'm on is grandfathered (no longer offered)

The backordered status on T-Mobile may not mean anything. Generally, if the phone that you've ordered says available now, it should be shipped within the next couple of days. When I ordered my 6s+, it said available now, I was charged the same day and received my phone on launch day. A total of about 4 days (9/22 - 9/25). As soon as you see that you've been charged for the phone, then you should be able to track it within about 24-48 hours.
 
Looks like everyone got charged/shipped status,only person I can relate to is @Cyberguycpt but he also got charged. That's what I get for charging it onto my bill lol. I'm gonna be in my woes if I don't see a change today lol.

I'm used to having the most updated devices,I think I'm acting like a kid because this is the longest I've been without an updated device. Last one was the Galaxy s6 edge,which I have to my mom since she was going to Italy. All the while,I'm stuck with an old ass iPhone 5 lol.

I guess I'm lucky than, I'm using the Note 5 right now, I'll be sending it in when I get my 6s Plus.

For those that already received there phone. How long after you were charged did it take to show up on MyUps with your phone number as a reference number? Or how long did it take you to get something from tmobile saying it shipped?
