I am a new TMO customer. I ported a line over from Verizon I brought a 6+ to use on TMO. I ordered the 6s Plus and was given a 4 week window for delivery. But I found a TMO 6s plus 64GB SG on Apples website. So I called TMO customer service and told me i could just do the upgrade in the apple store. So I reserved it and went to the store. But its turns out I can't do the EIP in an Apple store. Called TMO CS again and they said it must be because I have an order in progress for that line so they canceled my existing order.
Reserved another one two days later and guess what? The same issue. Error says I cannot do EIP in an Apple store and to call TMO. I called them and reached out to TMO Twitter and Facebook and they don't know why I can't do EIP in apple stores.
So this morning I looked on the TMO site and it said the 128GB SG 6s Plus is available right now. I don't need that much storage but if I can get it immediately...well its worth the extra $100 to me.
So I chatted with a CS rep this morning and she said to cancel the backordered 6s+ 64GB SG and get the 128GB as it shows in stock. Great news! Followed her advice and got my order it. It was processing and now.....you guessed it. It shows as backorder!!! I chatted with CS again and they do not know when it will be instock. But it still shows as available on the TMO site http://explore.t-mobile.com/shipping-dates

. So I waited 24 hours and went back to the Apple Store for more drama. They couldn't use my JUMP(regular jump). I called T-Mobile the rep said he would tweak the system so that I could and after an hour I still couldn't. Finally the Apple Store rep said we can just do a regular upgrade and bam that's it that's all. The T-Mobile gave me a code so that I could get a label to ship my 6 Plus back and said once they receive it they would take it off and credit me for the balance charged on my bill. I kept it and gave it to my husband. That's my headache to get the 6s plus oh yeah I got it October 5th!
