Hi All!
So I'm new here but have a few questions to see if anyone had this same situation. Ordered 6S+ 64GB Space Grey on 10/9 signed EIP that same night and received order confirmation. I then received an email on 10/13 saying the expected ship date was between 10/23 -11/6 and then checked again late last week and it had changed to 10/20. I then checked again on Monday and it had been pushed back again to 10/24. Im so frustrated at this point and obviously I know not much can be done but i keep getting run around from Tmobile. I know there have been others with similar situation but then yesterday I got a charge on my credit card for the phone. I was also told I wouldn't be charged until it ships, I waited all day for tracking, checked mytmobile and UPS mychoice i got nothing( still says processing and back ordered). This morning checked again and still nothing. I called in and the rep basically didn't know I was charged said its still on back order in there system. He then placed me on hold spoke to someone on the 'floor' who advised that yes, my device is 'probably' shipping soon and that UPS takes 72 hrs to send us tracking. I've never heard of that and its just super confusing. Anyone else have the same problem? I just don't understand why i cant get a clear answer and Tmobile doesn't seem to know whats going. Thanks for any help!
