It is crazy what everybody is going through waiting for a device. It seem every year it get worse and worse. I'm skipping next year and going for the 7s with Apple instead of T-Mobile. Hopefully your device is shipped today.

Hm, I thought that T-Mobile did a little better than last year. Last year was the first time that T-Mobile ever did pre-orders for the iPhone. When they first started selling them, it was past Apple's initial launch period, so they didn't do pre-orders that year. Last year was chaotic, and I think that while they learned some lessons from it, they do still have some things to work on. Namely, their online ordering system. But, I really don't think that it was worse than last year.

Okay I'm getting mad now, we ordered the same day and phone, also are cards were charged on the same day. So why do you have tracking and I do not this is not exceptable. Lol. Sorry had to vent I'm giving them until tomorrow before I start calling and complaining. The rep at the store and over the phone clearly said you will not be charged until your phone shipped.

Last year was bad. I ordered through T-Mobile and had a shipping date in December. I cancelled that and got my device through Apple a week after launch date. This year I got it on launch day. Just reading the stories in other forums from this year, T-Mobile do have some things to work on if they want it to be smoother next year for the 7.

That's true about not being charged until your device is going to be shipped. I know my card was charged in the evening.

Update!
So just for the hell of it I was looking at my order status and it said the same thing...estimated shipping dates:10-24 to 10-29. Then I logged into mytmobile and instead of back ordered it said shipped! Right under shipped there's a clickable link that says track item,so I check and low and behold. The label was created around 8 this morning. @Cyberguycpt I would double check mytmobile and go from there. I haven't received and sort of notifications whatsoever.
 
Ordered 10/19 6s Plus SG 128GB was told backorder and shipping on 10/28.
But my card was charged this morning. So should I expect shipping/tracking info shortly?

That's what the word is,if you get charged,you should receive shipping info in the next couple of hours or next day.

Does anyone know if the phones ship from one facility and are there different facilities based on your region.
 
My order status changed last night to "shipped" but no other information is available. No tracking number or anything

Keep in mind, doing the JOD route through T-Mobile leads to a $120~ reduction in the retail price of the phone. For some of us, waiting a few weeks with a ~$120 break is not bad.

Further, in the week leading to the release, Costco also had a t-mobile deal where they were giving out $100 costco cash cards.

With most of us these days buying the phone, and the phones being about $850, it is quite an expensive thing for a lot of us.
 
Placed a jump order on 10/15 for a 64gb 6s+ sg and my est ship dates are still 10/23-10/30 but my card was charged this morning! Still nothing on shipping but I'm sure that means it will be soon! I hope lol

Last year I never used JUMP or JUMP On Demand. With Apple I got the BarclayCard with deferred interest and paid for my 6 monthly as on JUMP and used my JUMP this year for the 6s+. Then in January this year I paid full price for the 6+ and still have that for a backup phone. Hopefully T-Mobile let customers do JUMP and JOD online. I think more people had problems with speaking with a rep than they would if they could've did it online.

It will ship soon. In a few hours try looking on ups.com with your phone number (no dashes) as the reference number.

This! They need to work on their online ordering system so that people with JUMP/JOD can just order online instead of having to call in. I think that half of the problem is that they have so many customers with different versions of JUMP (and JOD) that they can't keep up themselves, much less develop an online ordering system to handle it.

mine finally says shipped but there is no tracking number as of yet. It just changed so I'll give it time. Doesn't show on MyUps either.

Nah, I didn't pay for the next day shipping. It slipped my mind when ordering. You would think tmobile would upgrade us for free since we had to wait for our phone so long.

I didn't ask them for next day shipping. She said she'll just do it and waive off the fee for "loyalty". lol
 
Question on the site that shows expected shipping time frame did that update to saying shipping now or does yours also say awaiting inventory preparing the ship between 10/23 and 10/28?
Still shows the same status, the tracking number I have only states that it's ready for pick up though, so it doesn't seem to have moved anywhere. Looks like it's coming from Louisville Kentucky to Oregon.
 
i have shipped on mytmobile but phone number doesn't work for reference. Any other thing we can use for reference?
