No txts yet - but I believe this had to do with your notification preferences.

On text here either. 12:06 by phone, eip 11am
6s RG 64gb

I ordered two new iPhones - both at a local T-mobile store.
one phone is 6 64gb rose gold - ordered on 9/14 - expected to ship on 9/24
the other is 6+ 64gb silver - ordered on 9/16 - expected to ship on 9/24

I am on the $15/$19 for 18 months promo which has priority on 6s/6s+ so I guess I might see both phones on 9/25.

I have a rather good feeling that if you're on the Jump on Demand promo and you ordered by Sunday or Monday night, you should be seeing your devices on launch day. Also, you're chances are good with a Silver device as the Space Grey last year was this year's Rose Gold. But that darn Silver color always seems to go "under the radar."

I went through all of this stuff for the iPhone 6 pre-orders and I can tell you this year's pre-order notifications are a googolplex better than last year's. You were pretty much in the dark until UPS told you to expect a package from T-Mobile. I reached out to the Executive Team, T-Force, and countless chat representatives to all get the same response, we don't know when you'll get your phones.

I was fortunate and got mine on launch day, while others did not and got their phones later even though they had ordered before me. So yes, thank you T-Mobile for making your pre-ordering SLIGHTLY better.

That's strange, the Rose Gold iPhone 6s from Apple still isn't showing "Prepared for Shipment" compared to the other five Space Grey models that I ordered for work. They must be chucking them in boxes for shipment as we speak.

Rose Gold seems to be pretty hard to get in certain memory sizes and the plus options. You're not alone :)

Dude, I love your profile pic.

Isn't my iPhone though, but my co-worker is going to be devastated if she isn't getting her "pink" iPhone on launch day. I'll just walk by with my Space Grey one, showing off 3D Touch.

Thanks! :) Yeah, I really was pumped for this rose gold to match my watch. Need to order a better band for the watch though, I don't like the sports band.

If i go into the account order tracker it says that garbage, but https://explore.t-mobile.com/order-status gives the more updated one.
Wasn't aware of this page. Thanks for this. Went into a store the evening of the 12th and started my Jump On Demand account and ordered two 6s Pluses, both 64GB. The Space Gray one says ready to ship by 9/24 but the Rose Gold one says waiting on estimate by 9/20.

So I'm guessing that since I ordered my iPhone 6 S+ yesterday but I probably won't be getting my phone or a notification for a while is that assumption correct. Or should I hopefully get my phone around the same time everyone else's even though I ordered it about 5 days later? I haven't received any update since yesterday but that's because I just got the done yesterday at the T Mobile store.
¿????????????????

Spoke to a rep. He told me my orders are marked down as being shipped out on the 24th with next day delivery.

Ordered both devices on the 16th. Both are 6s Plus - Space Grey - 64GB. Used the JUMP! online upgrade as soon as it was fixed.

New customer switching from Verizon to T-mobile. Ordered 5 phones Saturday late afternoon.

Yesterday, for the 6s Plus and the rose gold the status was " We expect to have a shipping estimate for your order by 9/20"

The rest stated "ready to ship buy 09/24/2015" but there was a note saying they would not ship till the rest of the order was filled.

I was very worried that I would have to wait a long time to get all my phones

Checked again today and got this

:)

Haha thanks, saving a ton of money plus getting way way more data!
Made the move last weekend from Verizon. So far I've had the phone in Chicago, Seattle, Portland, Beaverton, Columbia River Gorge, and Phoenix. Signal has been adequate but I lose signal inside some buildings and LTE drops to 4G pretty often. That never happened with Verizon. But I'm happy overall. Love the free inflight texting, free music data, and overall middle finger to Verizon after 10+ years. I was going to buy a 6s (why I started here) but ended up bringing my Verizon iPhone 6 with me and popping in a TMo sim. Made switching SO easy. I didn't lose anything at all. Good luck!

Weird my status was that it'll be shipped on the 24th earlier today but after I got the text my order status on the website reverted back to "Orders are not visible in this tool until 24 – 72 hours after they are placed. Please check back tomorrow to view your order status."

I hope theres nothing wrong with the order I had to talk with customer service so much just to have my ordered corrected.

So weird that people are getting shipped by the 24th that ordered 2 days ago. That's awesome

I moved from AT&T and was concerned that the LTE drops out here and there. Now I've realized that the 4G is faster than Att's LTE often was so I turned LTE off. Saves battery and I'm on wifi a lot anyway. I'm happy.

It does feel good to give them the middle finger after being there for so long. They sent me a survey yesterday and asked it there was anything they could have done to have kept me. I said no. Then added that they should not suck so much and maybe give just a small care about us as customers and not just the bottom line and shareholders all the time

*sigh* I still have "Orders are not visible in this tool until 24 – 72 hours after they are placed. Please check back tomorrow to view your order status.".

Ordered the 12th.
