When you check with your order number do you include or not include the "S" in front?
Add the S to your order number if you didn't already*sigh* I still have "Orders are not visible in this tool until 24 – 72 hours after they are placed. Please check back tomorrow to view your order status.".

Start it, I'm in !did anyone do like a google doc to track us T-MO orders?
I don't get it, why would someone make a google doc to track t-mobile orders?did anyone do like a google doc to track us T-MO orders?
Yeah that's a little to much..I don't get it, why would someone make a google doc to track t-mobile orders?
Probably more organized than TMo is .. Too soon. hahYeah that's a little to much..
Well, I just got off a a 40-minute phone call with T-Mobile, because I was getting the "Orders are not visible in this tool until 24 – 72 hours after they are placed. Please check back tomorrow to view your order status." on the status page.
I have nothing good to report, I was transferred to the "special iPhone order team" after the initial CSR was curious as to why my EIP signature still said "pending" (she had me visit the agreement page again). The "special" team member basically told me the same thing, "Uhmmmm..... It just says pending because we haven't processed it yet". Since the first rep had me visit the page, it reset my signature time to today (when I had originally signed around 1am on the 13th).
The special team member told me "the customers that have been sent texts/emails that have been calling in have more information than we actually do so just watch your notifications".
The CSR's I spoke to were nice as always with T-Mobile, but this is the first time where they have not been helpful at all. I may be being overly tenacious, and was hoping that a CSR would just reaffirm that orders are being processed and seeing "Orders are not visible in this tool until 24 – 72...." was still common, but the CSR's seemed as bamboolzed as I was as to why I was still receiving this message, and why my EIP was still pending after it had been signed a week ago.
tl;dr : If you are still seeing "Orders are not visible in this tool until 24 – 72 hours after they are placed. Please check back tomorrow to view your order status.", call in. Though at this point I feel like I'm the only one.

Did you double check your order number?
Does it start with S0063xxxx?
If not, can you post the first 5 digits?
Your not the only one I'm in the same boat.Well, I just got off a a 40-minute phone call with T-Mobile, because I was getting the "Orders are not visible in this tool until 24 – 72 hours after they are placed. Please check back tomorrow to view your order status." on the status page.

New customer switching from Verizon to T-mobile. Ordered 5 phones Saturday late afternoon.
Yesterday, for the 6s Plus and the rose gold the status was " We expect to have a shipping estimate for your order by 9/20"
The rest stated "ready to ship buy 09/24/2015" but there was a note saying they would not ship till the rest of the order was filled.
I was very worried that I would have to wait a long time to get all my phones
Checked again today and got this

Made the move last weekend from Verizon. So far I've had the phone in Chicago, Seattle, Portland, Beaverton, Columbia River Gorge, and Phoenix. Signal has been adequate but I lose signal inside some buildings and LTE drops to 4G pretty often. That never happened with Verizon. But I'm happy overall. Love the free inflight texting, free music data, and overall middle finger to Verizon after 10+ years. I was going to buy a 6s (why I started here) but ended up bringing my Verizon iPhone 6 with me and popping in a TMo sim. Made switching SO easy. I didn't lose anything at all. Good luck!
Looks like your going to be happy on launch day, since your coming from Verizon it is possible that you will have a weaker signal at your house depending on your location. I figured I'd let everyone know that doesn't already, but Every T-mobile account is eligible to rent for free an LTE signal booster or free Wi-Fi Cell spot router. It's a maximum limit of one per account, but they do sell them separately (the LTE Booster isn't cheap) so keep that in mind when requesting one. They are free to rent and the only thing you have to pay when you visit the store is a small deposit.
I have the LTE booster and it has definitely helped alot with my iphone 5' service in my house. I used to get only 1 bar near the window and that's where i kept my phone most of the time, but now that is no longer needed since i rented the lte booster i now average 3-4 bars all the time. If you get at least 1 bar inside your house get the lte booster; however, if you live outside of the coverage area or you cant get at least 1 bar within your house then your better off with the cell spot router. The router isn't really anything special other than its being an AC1900 router that prioritizes wifi calls. If you already have an equivalent type of router then all you need to do is create priority settings for your phones for wifi calling.
Here are the links for anyone's that's interested.

yep. I have 2 of the boosters from Tmo.
I don't think they'll be useful anymore now that I have wifi calling on any device even with the iphone turned off or without coverage (ios9/el capitan)
