I have Apple One Premier and it says I cannot apply the T-Mobile Promotion to my subscription. Anybody else seeing this and called T-Mobile to see whats up? There is nothing in their promo terms and conditions that says I am not eligible.

I believe someone earlier said it did not apply to Apple One subscriptions
I contacted T-mobile through chat and explained the problem with Apple One Premier and that the T-mobile side gave me a promo code that was rejected by Apple. After some discussion they agreed to update their faq pages and to give me a 4.99 discount on my T-mobile bill for 1 year.

perhaps they will fix it eventually but there is nothing that specifically excludes Apple One.

Youtube TV is able to handle their promos and give a discount so it’s not a new concept. Apple themselves gave a discount on the Apple One plan from the purchase of an Apple device That eventually expired.

I actually got an email, but it says "We don't recognize that phone number, please enter a valid T-Mobile or Sprint phone number."

Now I can not even log into my account.

Great, thanks for this info. I'm on the line with T-Mobile and they are giving me the $5/month credit as well.
Sprint customer service, found and "advanced solution for me." I can contact Apple Advanced Technical Support, cancel my Apple One subscription, and then I can get my free Apple TV.

They tried to tell me that I needed to cancel AppleOne to get the credit. I insisted that wasn’t a valid solution. The person I chatted with is supposed to call me tomorrow with a different solution. I asked them to give me a credit towards my account, since I have AppleOne.

I did not have to cancel to get the credit from T-Mobile. I got the credit as i could not use the redemption code that T-Mobile gave me on my Apple One Premier account.

Me, too. It took two conversations to get it though.

Well sir you are incorrect. I checked with T mobile and as it says on their website 55+ is not offering Apple TV+ - also confirmed via tweet with them.
Ummm…

I have the Magenta 55+ plan and the promo worked just fine.

Please post yoir link and website screenshot showing otherwise.

Well it’s for my parents who have that plan. I asked T-mobile and they said it was not available for them. So where did you find a link to get the promo?

Perhaps your parents are really on the old "One 55+" plan and not the new Magenta 55+ plans.
