Looks like you haven't used them in a while. I just drove cross country with a Verizon and T-Mobile phone....T-Mobile had excellent coverage. It will only get better when they roll out all of the 600mhz spectrum they purchased. In a few years their network will outpace Verizon's mythical network.

Switched to t-mobile from att after 10+ years of being an att customer and service actually seems a little better in the bay area.

I had no coverage issues throughout California, southern (west mid and east) America. I've lived in the northeast for the past three years, again, no major issues.
Where in California? I have decent coverage in northern CA where I live (Bay Area) but it's pretty crummy in indoor (even with band 12) and areas outside major cities. My friends on AT&T and Verizon fare much better.

I've experienced some issues indoors but I'm usually on wifi by then which pretty much resolves that issue especially since we can make calls over wifi.

This is 100% T-MOBILE SCAM. Now T-Mobile ONE family plan 2 lines with auto pay is $100 taxes included. With Netflix will be $120 so my Netflix will go from $9.99/m to $20/m if I'm using T-mobile for Netflix subscription. No thanks.

Agree with the above comment. I have experienced what the commentator noted. I am so glad to switch to the premium wireless carrier in the US, Verizon. T-Mobile keeps giving gimmicks to retain their customers from leaving them due to many inconveniences like weak or no signal outside metro areas, weak or no signal building penetration, narrow coverage, headaches during annual iPhone upgrade via Apple or the carrier themselves, etc. Verizon is like Apple, T-Mobile is like Samsung or android. Fortunate for those who can afford Verizon/ Apple Wireless, including myself.

Experience in coverage is subjective any every city. Enjoy that 720p.

But that's only when you have WiFi and have permission to use it. A vast majority of indoor places I frequent, WiFi is not available (or at least not very usable) or require authentication dance.

I was excited until I learned that our 3 T-Mobile ONE lines for $80 does not quality for free Netflix :(
How can you tell? Just curious because I have a 2 line T-mobile One plan I got earlier this year. Looking on their site I don't see why one wouldn't qualify with 2+ lines on a t-mobile one plan.

For a phone, even a phablet, 720 probably is a pretty good picture. Anything larger, no, not so much. It's the data usage that will kill you if you try watching movies using just cell data, especially if you have 2 or more phones doing so frequently.

They've been raising their prices for the past two years. Not really worth it to jump ship from a cheaper grandfathered plan to what ever they're offering now, especially if you can live without their unlimited 4g data plans.

Verizon limiting its customers to 720p, while Tmobile cus sits happy with 1080p, is pathetic.
When you been watching 1080p good picture for the last 6-7 years, then get push back to watching a 720p PRETTY good picture, I wouldn't call that progress. And with phone getting higher rez screens the difference is quite noticeable and downright ugly.

I switched this year from a grandfathered AT&T plan and am saving $50 a month on 2 phones after kickback.

This is considered a special plan promo. If you got the 2 for $100, that is considered a separate promo plan and they don’t stack. Am employee on Reddit T-Mobile said you need to be paying $120+ for 2 lines at minimum for this.

Been with T-Mobile for like 15 years. I get good coverage where I'm at. So can't complain.

I'll take a little less reception in certain areas as long as I get my 4 tmo-one lines and 1 unlimited data tablet line for $98/month. Lol.

I have the 4 tv plan. I already have 5 lines on tmobile. So i just need to go to them and explain that i want "netflix on us".

I wont have to make any changes to my netflix account? Do i cancel it and then let tmobile do their thing?

Move to rural Nebraska with T-Mobile. You'll love the absolute silence and lack of interruptions your phone will present you with.
Why would anyone want to move to Nebraska?!

Imagine that there is a bar in your town, and that they are advertising free beer until 2:00 this afternoon only. People in your town will have no problems getting there to take advantage of this offer. People 100 miles away might be able to make it there if they leave immediately, people who live farther than that get no benefit from this offer at all.

T-mobile seems to have good plans but very bad coverage, even in big cities, of the country. A 'good deal' that you can't take advantage of isn't a good deal. That is why people are complaining, especially if they get sold a plan that gives them very bad service.
What a horrible comparison this is! You do know you can watch Netflix on wifi at home with your family right? And for free?! This is a great deal. Not sure where you live, but I have great signal in Los Angeles, CA.

Still better and cheaper than Verizon and ATT. Not a scam at all.

I have the three lines, all in one promo for $100 so I am not eligible either.

I honestly hate Netflix though. The movies I try to watch end up being garbage and I'm not interested in the TV shows.

I still have 6 months free out of two years free for buying two S7 Edge phones and once my free months are done, I'm canceling Netflix.

I live 12 miles north of Omaha Nebraska, right off a major highway. Bring your phone.

So, you are the unlucky one. I switched from ATT to T-Mobile 6 months ago because ATT wanted to gouge me during my trip to Canada. T-mobile provides amazing coverage in Canada with no additional charges. The coverage includes LTE data and LTE hotspot. When in Ontario and Quebec, I had coverage in most remote areas you can imagine. It's not T-Mobile's network, of course. It's either Telus or Rogers, but T-Mobile cut an amazing deal with them. ATT charges ridiculous roaming charges in Canada, and their LTE coverage costs in Canada is highway robbery. They assured me, though, that Canada has Wi-Fi in many places. LOL.

In the US, I haven't noticed much of a difference in coverage between T-Mobile. and ATT. LTE speeds are better than ATT's and Verizon's. I'm sure there are areas where ATT has better coverage, but there are other areas where T-Mobile has better coverage. I'm sure Verizon's coverage is better, but Verizon LTE speed can't compare to T-Mobile's, and the price difference is significant. Then again, if you travel overseas or even to Canada with Verizon, you will be gouged. T-Mobile gives you free roaming in 120 countries. It was an amazing experience for my family to spend 20 days in Canada in two occasions in the past 6 months without having to worry about cell phones. The cell phones worked exactly like they do in the US without us being charged a penny extra. Had I not switched from ATT, I would have had to watch every minute and every megabyte of data while in Canada, which would have made my trips there not as enjoyable.

It's too bad you have poor or no signal where you live. There are dead spots around me too in Florida. My house has pretty poor signal. However, my point is that I've been in at least 25 different states within the past 2 years with time spent in large cities and small cities. I usually had good to great signal.

Based on my experience I have zero incentive to switch carriers unless I had to pay a lot more money for service.
