how i know that i got the unlimited data ??

They say you'll get it in 48 hours. I got mine on other lines in less then 36 hours. Some people say it may take longer than 48 hours. I'd say, if you don't see it on Monday, give them a call

Howdy all, I recently signed up for T Mobile but was referred by someone. I am confused about the 10$ bill credit. I see the 30$ bill credit on my line.

I called the 866 number and was told by the representative only the referrer gets the $10 credit.

Has anyone had any luck with the credits? It would be nice to get $10/month off so I can add another line for $10.

You only get one or the other. If you have unlimited data already, then you get the $10 credit. If you have something other than unlimited data, then you get whatever bill credit is necessary to cover the difference in the price change to get you to unlimited. In your case, a 1GB data plan costs $30 less than the unlimited plan, they bumped your account to unlimited and gave you $30 to offset the added cost.

Obviously, downgrading first and getting your referral makes more sense that staying on the unlimited plan and getting the lesser credit. :)

Any new customer need referral? (account must have been opened within the last 30 days, but it says 60 and even 90 days in other places, however it seems like only 30 qualifies. But we can still try)

Thank you for the information! I have one last question, at the store I was suggested by the rep to add a 4th line to get the 10GB of data promotion... If I do do this by the end of the month, would it invalidate my unlimited LTE? My theory is that the plan would be "downgraded" due to the 10GB promotion.
 
I referred 3 and seems it works instantly less than 12hours, the other line I have to call in after 5 days and got it.
And one line is still in pending since oct 12. It must be weight on their account.

I have been with tmobile 9 years
