All of the iPhone 6 "mockups" have a single LED flash opening. The iPhone 5s uses a dual color flash. Can someone explain? Did I miss an article explaining how this single opening for a single LED flash is an advancement?

what makes you think they can't fit both LED into a round hole?

I was first in line at a local AT&T store to buy the original iPhone on Friday, June 29, 2007. Waited six hours. Loved it. (Still have it, actually.)

Since then I've owned a 3G, a 4, and now a 5.

I have never been less enthusiastic about a new iPhone release than I am with the (hopefully inaccurate) rumor that the 6 will be little more than a screen increase and some processor bumps. The distortion field, for me, has worn off. Unless Apple does something - hell, anything - more than a screen size increase and (say it with me) incremental upgrades, this 5 is the last iPhone I own.

Surprise me, Apple. Surprise me with something. Anything. Take some sort of risk. Please.

I'm glad rounded edges are back.

Same here. I am OG user coming from the 3GS and the iPhone 5C definitely had a better feel in the hand IMHO. Rounded edges and a 5-5.5" screen will be very welcomed.

iOS8 and multiscreen would make the iPhone 6 a true Note 3 killer.

The only thing one would hope for then is weather proofing and there's no need to look another way.

Is the 6 still keeping that strange, elongated aspect ratio that the 5's have? which appears to be like the phone screen is just stretched lengthwise...

Cant they just go to a traditional 16:9

It is 16:9. The reason the iPhone looks elongated compared to other phones with 16:9 screens, is that Apple has to accommodate a home button, and there's equal space at the top of the screen because Jony Ive likes symmetry.

Most likely one of the iphone clones running android. They're usually pretty good quality for the price and can be picked up on various Chinese websites. It's probably pretty darn close to what the real iphone will look like, +/- those antenna thingys.

Not buying those thick white antenna bands, especially since they curve around the top and bottom of the little sections. Very unApple-like.

Yet he's perfectly ok with leaving assembly sticky-tape in the back. Oh... Wait... ;)

What could have been such a beautiful design will be mucked up by those horrible bands. I hope they can match the color of the plastic seams to the color of the aluminum back because they look pretty bad in these mock-ups.

The true reason why all mockups look ass-ugly is because they take ass-ugly pictures of it.

Use some decent lighting... geez

Remember how the breaks in the antenna band on the iPhone 4 were unApple-like?

They are. Just like the glass inlays on the 5. Personally, when I use a phone I often look at the sides and back. Especially when FaceTiming.

I like how many of you make fun of him for posing with a leaked iphone 6, ridiculing his local celebrity status and his appearance. I didn't see this happening when white people do reviews with the empty casings and (worse), the supposed cases of the iphone 6. Grow up.

.

White people are the least racist people on earth. Do you know the things Chinese say about others? I suspect you do.

I'm not loving it. The 5 looks much classier.

I couldn't agree more. Obviously I will have to see it in person before I decide whether or not I'm going to continue using my 5S or sell it for the 6. But if the phone looks anything like these photo's, I may just pass.

The area around the camera seems to bother me. Doesn't seem up to Apple's aesthetic standards. I'll believe it when I see it. For now, these 'leaked' devices or mock ups or whatever they are, are consistent in design.

its not just me right? it looks like they simply stretched it taller AGAIN, and it didn't get wider???.... why would they do this....

Would apple really make a tv and make it 4 feet wide but only give viewers 1 foot of height...?

At least I see a smaller Bezel than I’ve seen before ( different models floating around), the back resembles the HTC one M7 do something about that ugly back please

And I wish I had a dollar for every time someone posts these comments. I didn't like the look of the glass panels top and bottom of the iPhone 5 either. I'm used to them now, but I've never thought or said the 5 looks beautiful. But by all means, search my entire commenting history, and anyone else's, to prove this well known phenomenon.
Yes some are telling the truth, tho I have indeed looked at a few people's history and it lines up with what I said.
