They may have a return policy, but try to get a refund from them, Australian customers have the right to a refund if it is not repairable & they are not happy with the replacement, check ACCC website, try telling APPLE this, there's no way you'll get your money back on a faulty, non repairable product, once they've made that sale their keeping ur money no matter what..... Or so they think!!!
