The TD CIO said he's expecting 2016 for Apple Pay in Canada. I'm going to go ahead and say that CIBC will probably be among the first with Apple Pay with or without TD.

CIBC and Tangerine have been ahead of the game when it comes to mobile banking. The others have been at least 6-12 months behind. RBC is working on their own wearable payment device so I'd like to know what their position is.

Not Scotia? They seem to always be copying whatever BoA does. I'd be very surprised if they didn't launch  pay as soon as it's approved in Canada. Hoping For Cap One and BMO myself though!

Scotiabank? No way. They don't even have mobile cheque deposits yet.

Really? I thought they were doing "bank the change" (whatever that BoA thing is called) and whatnot already. I guess one thing doesn't really translate to the other. I would suspect though, that if one or two banks in canada come on board, they will all have to in short order. Either way, here's hoping that we get it before 2016.

RBC doesn't even have mobile cheque deposits yet. Heck, they haven't even updated their app to look right in iOS 7.

Yes I work for TD in the US no specific date in December was given to me only told in December. Hopefully at beginning of the month
