On a serious note, I've heard the cans are made of steel. Whatever they use, it keeps the drink warm.
Must not have gone far in filling up your passport then.Well working at Starbucks, and tasting many teas to fill up my passport, I think it would be absurd to try tea with milk. The flavor of the tea would be masked by the milk.
to compare, boil your water, drop in 5 tea bags of some various black tea and let steep for 5 minutes. then try to drink it without milk. you'll know what I mean then.

Americans as a rule know almost nothing about tea. Don't even bother to order it in a restaurant here, even a good one. The drink simply has never caught on over here.
As for milk in or out, it depends entirely on the variety of tea. You would not put milk in Oolong.
