Any concerns of scratching the phone itself compared to the soft felt lining of the OEM silicone cases?

I see the sides are sorta rubber, but the back looks like its a slightly softer version of exterior material

Same. TW is a good upgrade from FW. The fit is perfect and it looks good from both front and back.

But to me, it’s a bit rough to hold and the sharp usb port digs into my pinky.

Love how you can see glimpses of the orange from the front as well.

What color case is the one in the photo? I like the effect and would like to order the correct color.

For loose buttons or loose corners, I put in a slight dab of earthquake/museum putty inside the button/case corner and that does the trick.
I thought you were joking with the “putty” name until i found it haha, thanks, I’ll try it!!!

Not at all. I have wear silicone cases with no soft felt inside in many phones and never got scratched

I’m really liking mine. Black with orange

Have anyone noticed a hair thin crack just above the charging port ? It s very symmetrical to the bottom of the phone. The line stretches inside of the case and its barely visible when the case is on the phone. Is it a flaw or a it was meant to be there ?
The issue is discussed here as well

I notice the same issue in mine (green)

Maybe it is meant to be there. I contacted apple support and they refused replacing the case claiming it’s normal tear and wear
Pretty sure it is. My Finewoven and Techwoven both have it. I think its nothing more than where they join the case together during the manufacturing process.

I only tested the Sienna one for a few moments but I liked it so much that I will go for that instead of a leather case. I have always gone with leather for a decade but I can't find any models I like this year so far.

I had to return Sienna because one of the side buttons was scratched out of the box. Too bad new one will take weeks to arrive. First one took almost 1 month to arrive. Apple have productions problems both with the phones and the cases it seems. How they could not have been more ready for this type of production delays is, interesting to me but I am no expert

I just got back from the Apple Store after picking up a Techwoven case. I wanted to see/feel them and the colors in person before deciding. I ended up with sienna for my orange pro. I actually like the texture. And they look very nice, as well. After only ever using leather (my last phone was a 13 pro,) I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about this. But I do like it.
Hey I too have only been using leather for years and last one was iphone 13! I too liked Techwoven Sienna so much I will go for one

FineWoven was awful, but Tech Woven is just meh.
Why not make a vegan leather or Alcantara case instead?
Samsung did Alcantara case years ago (that suede-like material used in sports car interiors ) and it felt so premium. For this price, Tech Woven feels like nylon and the color choices are weak.
It seems Apple has given up on leather. I mean yes the last ones were apparently horrible with the coatings and what not but is it that hard for them to find a good manufacturer? I guess its all about the price tag. Good leather and leatherwok costs more than cheap leather and mass produced leather cases

My only concern with those Apple cases is that huge camera opening at the top? do you feel this area is well protected against scratches etc?
I will for sure get a transparent skin for that area
