I got 4, this is on my 2006 MacBook Pro, calibrated with a Monaco Optix XR. All four errors are in the cyan range (blue-green crossover), so I suspect the panel can't differentiate them well due to a constricted gamut. I'll have to try it on the Mac Pro; I'm sure that will be easier due to the much larger gamut and a panel with a brand new backlight.

I don't think that it matters if your monitor is calibrated or not for this test.

The colors should still go in order regardless of calibration.

Actually, it's harder on a calibrated monitor. Those web images are probably untagged so default to sRGB and only use a portion of the monitor gamut, if it has a profile that describes a larger space. This is unlike Windows, where it makes no difference unless you use a color managed program - and last I checked no browser on Windows was, not even Safari IIRC. If the monitor has a smaller space than sRGB it'll depend on the rendering intent since that sets behavior at saturation.

Not too shabby, considering I've got one of those TN-panel screens :)

Wow! I wasn't expecting a score of zero, especially not on my TN panel monitor. But I guess taking tens of thousands of photos and editing them all helps me to have a bit of a feel as to which colors go where :)

I think this test is more of a color blind type test. Red-green color blindness would have trouble with the first and third rows, blue-yellow with the second row.

Very cool. I haven't done this in years ... thanks for the post!

I've corrected my display to gamma 2.2 so I don't know if that helped or hurt.:p

I'm using an uncalibrated new 27" iMac i7 for anyone who cares :)

My score is 4. It seems, indeed, to be the purplish and pinkish colours that prove themselves to present difficulties.
