Testing Apple's New Invites App for Event Planning

I hope they add in date picking. The hardest part of organising events for friends isn't sharing the details, it's picking a date you can all do.

I downloaded the app and plan to test it out in the coming weeks. Hopefully it’s better than Evite.

Once it got over the launch day jitters, I was able to organise the best surprise birthday party in history this Saturday, so thank you Apple - this is indeed very good.

it used to be only a verb 🙂 That changed years ago and all major dictionaries now have it as a noun. It annoyed me first many years too but I’m over it 🙂

Yup, hopefully it doesn’t literally take as long to get used to the changes to “literally”!

I dont get what the point of this is instead of just putting a date in a calendar and sending invites that way

Quite . What problem does invites app solve that isnt already solved with the calendar app and ‘add invitees’?
