I'll try again since no one responded to my first post: didn't 8.1 do away with the need for tethering apps?? The personal hotspot feature of 8.1 was supposed to allow us to share our data with any other device. I have Verizon, which normally charges for tethering at the rate of $30 per month, but after 8.1 the personal hotspot works perfectly on my iPad RMini. The hotspot did NOT work prior to 8.1.
Well if you have Verizon and an unlimited data plan then you have to pay to tether and there are no exceptions to that, if you are stock. iOS 8.1 doesn't circumvent having to pay for tethering. If you are on a shared data plan then that includes tethering and you shouldn't need an app. I think most of us using this app are unlimited data users or users who would have to pay to tether our data.

I can't get it to install it's showing up as purchased but not compatible message. Installed that other tethering app it installs just fine but doesn't seem to broadcast.
Did you make sure your device is linked to your Cydia account? I could only install after I was linked. Says device incompatible, but will still install.
