There's a reason that the breast cancer awareness color is pink. Hmm, I wonder why that would be?

Just because some of you wish that certain colors weren't associated with gender, they. just. are.

Get the color you want. Seriously. But don't pretend to be shocked when/if someone thinks it's a girly color.

I'm a female and I LOVE mine. There were several men rocking the Rose Gold in the Apple Store yesterday. I see absolutely nothing wrong with guys having this color. It's kinda sexy.

I was at the Apple store today, and I swear, almost everyone in there who was getting an iPhone--men and women--was getting rose gold.

I am started to see more local guys in Hong Kong using the rose gold (pink) phones. It is possible many bought many phones to resell for a profit but because the profit is about US $15 to US $20 they may have decided to use the phones themselves.

Unless they're female, in which case it's perfectly understandable that they would try a pink phone for a change, most men are buying it purely because it's a new colour. End of. It shows that they have a 6S rather than an i6. Purely for show. We'll find out who genuinely wants a pink phone over the next couple of years when it becomes just another regular colour.

Yeah well it's different from a guy's perspective lol

I am a guy and before getting the rose gold I have several thoughts in my mind about it looks. But when I got it and use it does not feel awkward from a guy's perspective. People are noticing it in positive way.

Well there are always exceptions. But it's not a coincidence that there have been several rose gold/guys threads.

I have seen guys wearing red shoes, yellow shoes and other wild colors. A pink iPhone 6S should not be so shocking

Cause lots of locations probably don't have the other colors. Happened today at my local store for the Plus, three people bought one and they were not reserved. Maybe nobody really wants that color right now I suppose, none of the other colors were available on any carrier.

Actually, a check of iPhone 6s inventory in the midwest, on the east coast, and on the west coast shows that the rose gold is most consistently the least available of the four colors.

The Plus is just plain hard to get regardless of color, though it seems to be the least available in either silver or gold.

In Hong Kong the Rose Gold is the most difficult one to get. Most of the people in Hong Kong are buying the phones to resell to the China Market. In China the Gold was popular last year and this year it is Rose Gold. The Chinese love flashy colors. Silver seems to be the least popular color this year.
