Ahh...Spurs' sizzling run halted by a cold night at Stoke. :D

The owls are flying high at the moment...but can you catch Charlton?
Well, we've managed to gain some ground on them, as they only drew on Saturday, but they're still 5 points clear and don't seem like they're going to loose their momentum anytime soon, so I suspect not.

And so, after my concern over the folically challenged one, it seems it's not only his hair that's rejuvenated, as Rooney bagged a brace as Man U bounced back from their early Champions League exit :)

There's nothing like a cold night in Stoke to bring you harshly back to reality. :D

Imma say yes... fingers crossed.

I'm not going to excuse Suarez for his over-the-top behavior, but I have to agree with Kenny; the FA's inability to deal with the racism charges in a timely manner is a joke and pretty unfair to both Evra and Suarez. Both know that fairly severe punishments are possible if the case goes against them, but the FA continues to bumble along without a time frame.

Maybe having more hair makes Fergie's hair dryer treatments more effective. :D

Yup. The good news is City are finally beaten therefore no more prospect of invincibles. Also they were beaten right before they face us. The bad news is we are back to 5th and have to face City at the Etihad next.

Also the script is now pretty much written for Fergie to pick up yet another league trophy.

#MixedFeelings.

Darren Fletcher to take an extended leave of absence to deal with his ongoing illness, which turns out to be ulcerative colitis.

Will the last healthy central midfielder left at United please turn out the lights?

They even have a picture of it to remind us.
Picture?! It's a bloody film clip!

The current joke doing the rounds is that he was sacked after his position became untannable. There just needs to be mention too of his earpiece and that's the Brown Trinity all sorted.

It'll be interesting to see where he ends up next. Mind, with Ridsdale at the PNE helm this sacking may prove to be a blessing in disguise for Brown...

He definitely gets plenty of guff from the media. Seems like he's kept his head down a bit since leaving Hull City. What you want is for there to be some new Phil Brown antics that will make the media forget about "that" team talk.

I think Pulis is just as silly looking, with his hat, it's just that he's kept Stoke up and somehow convinced the football media that The Britannia is the hardest place on earth to win a match.

I think you're right about Ridsdale too...Brown should be relieved he's disembarked from that ship before it hits the iceberg.

It's the wrong colour!!

I hate to say this, but in a fight between Owls and Blades, there can be only one (bloody and feathery) outcome. Unless, of course, we are talking about blades of grass. Then I'd tip the Owls to win. :D
