Armin Veh to be reinstalled as headcoach at Eintracht Frankfurt.
Interesting, also Schalke will take Paderborn's coach (for those that didn't follow: Paderborn came from the second league into the Bundesliga and had a very good start into the season and then at the end had to go back to second league).
Also anecdotal stuff: - Rapinoe will turn 40 during the cup!

Incredible. (hm, the astonished smiley is quite confusable with the twinkle smiley).
Well, those reporters... its Rampone not Rapinoe.
Watching the Australia Nigeria match and its boring now. Game was over a long time ago.
Women? I was surprised, had expected more from Nigeria.
Crazy match between USA and Sweden.
Btw. Columbia beat France 2:0 today (France had won all friendlies recently against the big teams like USA, Germany and Sweden). It must be their bad chance to goal ratio again. (They sometimes have a ratio of like 14 to 1). I didn't see it unfortunately. But given how much a favourite for the title France was considered before the tournament, France did already bad against England with their 1:0 win.
Also really remarkable result from Switzerland 10:1 against Ecuador (even, when considered a weak contender, they already lost 6:0 against Kamerun). Switzerland looks very stable. Switzerland has built a national football academy, seems it quickly pays off. - We'll see how they do against Kamerun. A 0:1 against Japan is also not bad for a newcomer. (Germany, too, is planning a national academy for both men+women in Frankfurt and the people in Frankfurt are against it. A forest and an old horse racing track will have to go. People are also concerned about the money...
PS: Oh and England scored its first goal against Mexico a few minutes ago.
PS: I don't understand FIFA's trikot choice. Why away kids for both, when their home shirts are already different.
Germany-Norway (white-red and they played in red-white)
Brazil-Spain (Yellow-Red and play in blue-white)
