However, the game where they played one another was the game of the tournament so far, to my mind.
Belgium look promising, and have (on paper) an excellent team, but have yet to fully mesh.
I think we run the risk of forgetting that many of the really good club teams (RM, Barcelona, Manchester City, etc) are actually far better than most national teams nowadays (they have the resources in both money and time for one thing) and we also need to bear in mind that - unlike club teams - the national teams usually haven't been playing all that long together and that the longer they play together, the better the good (or really good) national teams will become.
