All ****ing greedy bastards. This had nothing do with anything other than money.

DO NOT BUY ANY BEATLES FROM THE iTUNES STORE.

@ $260 i can buy two copies of the box set else where and receive change. It's a total joke. Anyone supporting the iTunes store is an idiot.

Not really. Your first point is totally valid, but you ruined it with the closing comment. So how do you plan on buying iOS apps, then? I agree that $260 is too much, but there will always be crazy people who don't count money that isn't physically sitting in their hands as paper bills, so it doesn't matter to them. To those people I would say why not donate half the money to a worthy cause, and use the other half to buy your physical box set.

From the iTunes App Store. I was referring to their music. It's not even lossless for the price they charge. Greedy money hungry bastards.

Australians are being completely screwed

Look Apple is a for-profit company and if it's too expensive for you then DON'T buy it. But your histrionics about apple and the beatles are not going to stop people from buying their albums.

Get over it already.

Just checked and it's now #993 but it was #1002 when I first posted. I'm guessing the Mods deleted some of the more over the top troll comments from earlier.

And now its #987. It seems you are right. So can we posters delete our own posts too if we wanted to or are the moderators the only ones who can delete posts?

It doesn't make it right. No matter how you look at it, it's inferior and over priced.

Lots of people obviously don't agree with you. There seem to be plenty of them who are willing to pay that price.

If people are buying something in these quantities it's fair to say that many don't think it is either inferior or overpriced.

Looking at all the reviews from the Australian store i have seen zero positive. Everyone feels the same it's a pathetic joke at the price.

So people do agree with me and it seems like its everyone.

I don't think that iTunes is designed or aimed at Wal Mart pricing. It is a powerhouse for content delivery, simplicity, and instant gratification.

Lest I throw in the largest distributer of online content in the world, legally anyway.

So posts that bash the pricing/tiers etc, have really no merit to the discussion of this release. As many have pointed out, the greatest thing about capitalism, free enterprise, and rights of the many is that people can always make their own personal decisions on where to purchase goods.

It's called opportunity cost, and an Economic fact.

If it was priced the same as the US store or very close id buy it. I am not going to buy it at 100% mark up. There is no justification.
