yeah i cant locate anywhere that will give me sim. i even have a couple friends that work for rogers and they wont give me them.
cutting is apparently working. so might as well just do that in the meantime. we dont have LTE anyways yet.
With how busy all the networks are right now sim activations can take 2 hours easily, hit up the pay phone chum
Got my iPhone...but Koodo is so bogged down with activations that their system is temporarily down and they can't set me up yet.
Lol same thing happened to me when I went to grab a nano sim.
Nice work Koodo, launch LTE, iPhone 5 and new sims all in one day. Shouldn't go too badly.
Yeah, this is true. It might be a good idea to get on an LTE data plan ASAP though. That way you'll be LTEing as soon as Rogers hits the switch for Victoria. Robbers supposedly still plans an LTE rollout in Victoria this year.
Still patiently waiting for the UPS truck to show up. My dog is sitting watching the door - he'll bark the second he sees someone. (He's sitting there because he wants a walk - but I'm not leaving this house until UPS shows up lol)

For those of us in Canada, IGNORE STEP 1. and instead FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTION:
We don't typically use A4 in Canada, we use LETTER. As such, when you print the page, MAKE SURE your settings are like so:

NO SANDING is NECESSARY: Nano 4FF sim is 0.09mm thinner than 2FF or 3FF sim. Sand if you like but we're talking the thickness of a stand of [dog?] hair.

I cut down my Micro sim and sanded the back a little, I think it would have fit without sanding it. Works fine.

Yes, dogs are good for that and a few other things.
When I bought my iPhone 4 and switched the SIM, it took over 1 hour and a Fido rep told me it could take up to 3 hours
Just cut down the card as close as possible to the gold contacts, and then sand the edges a little to get right down to the contacts without cutting into them. Mine works perfect.

Yeah, you basically dont need to take any off the long sides. Just a little off of the short sides and the one corner.

My iPhone 5 black 16gb ordered from Apple finally arrived at my house around 2:00PM ! (Kingston). My UPS page still says it's in Concord and hasn't updated at all. Don't be worried if yours hasn't updated at all, you'll probably get it today still
2:40 PM and still waiting, now i'm getting quite nervous

It was on the track for delivery at 4am and still nothing. I wouldn't be so worried but I have to be somewhere at 5pm and still need to go look for a nano sim. It better get here in the next hour or I'm screwed.
Edit: Just called "The Source" and they have nano sims for Virgin in stock. As long as it gets here soon, I can go get one. DRIVE FAST UPS!!!
