I'm pretty sure you can upgrade at Futureshop and then when you receive your shipment, just return it to a Telus store for a full refund. I'm about 99% sure you can do this. Might want to check with Telus first though

I'm with Rogers, and i'll report the status once I get the phone... still no delivery yet.. 3:30 now... getting really concerned about this... :confused:
 
Anyone at burnaby got their's yet?
I am waiting for them to make first delivery so I can pick up at their depot.

UPS didn't ring, didn't do ANYTHING to reach me. I was at home and when I checked the tracking they said they tried to reach!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just call UPS and tell them you'll meet the driver somewhere. They've done that for me once. Tell them how pissed you are, Driver might even come back.
They can message the driver.
 
Nanosims were free at the Apple Store, just asked for one and they didn't even require a receipt or anything (although I had one in my hand).

For those switching the SIM card online on Rogers, does it take a while? Wondering if I should switch it now before I get my phone

Yeah do that. I missed mine cuz I'm at work. Meeting the ups guy at the ups store at 6 tonight.

Get it in queue, I've been waiting for over 2 hours now.
 
Booooooo. Pre-ordered my iPhone 5 (White, 32GB) from the Caya Telus stores here and apparently the Telus network is down and can't access anyones account to do renewals :( Boooooooo Telus!

Same. It's driving me crazy. The tracking has just said "Concord, ON, Canada 09/21/2012 9:01 Out for Delivery" all day! I'm north of Toronto. I still have to go out after for a sim card.
