Don't e-mail. Waste of time. Get your phone out and dial *611. That automatically puts you into a Telus rep. Tell them that others have received the credit and the client care team will do it at the press of a button. They're the ones with the true power.
Yeah I had already emailed at that point. I did receive a response though.
"Thank you for your e-mail.
As long as your original order was made during the time that the Promotion was available, you will get your Scene points number to redeem, as your contract start date will be the date that you ordered the phone.
Please e-mail us with your Scene Points number when you receive it, so your offer can be loaded. It will begin with 604646xxxxxxxxxx.
I would really like to hear from you regarding my e-mail. Below is a quick survey:

All completed surveys will be entered into our monthly draw to win your voice rate plan free for one month (excluding taxes and service fees).
For further information or assistance, please reply to this message, including your original e-mail and our response. You may also call our Client Care Team toll free 7 days a week at 1-866-558-2273 (or *611 from your wireless handset).
Have a good day.
Best Regards,"
I noticed it considers my order date as the contract start date. I suppose that is good in the sense that my contract will be up (eligible for upgrade sooner, especially since Telus waives the last two months buyout fee)
If I do indeed receive code to redeem the scene points I'm assuming I can just use the form on the Telus site. If I don't receive I'll have to call in with this email in front of me.

You Telus folks are lucky, free upgrade to 64GB? Is that from 16GB or 32GB? Either way it beats the measly $50 I will get tomorrow for waiting 2 weeks for the phone. And now I'll probably have to wait even longer as Rogers tries shipping to other customers who ordered after me to avoid paying them the $50.
In 3 weeks, less than 300 phones of the model I ordered have shipped out, while they claim over 21,000 customers have received theirs over a week ago.
Personally I ordered a 32 gb and have been upgraded to 64. I almost didn't take the offer (didn't want to wait) but I figured it will just give more room for photos/videos and music etc to accumulate since I plan to use the phone for the duration of the 3 year contract.
I've also been assured I will still get my Scene points for 5 free movies. Should have the phone sometime this work week.
