Great, there's no way that it'll get here tomorrow then.

It's funny that my scheduled delivery still shows Sep 28 and on time.

Well, not so funny anymore....

At least you have a delivery date...nothing on my tracking :(

And just Location Scan not an Import Scan. But then it shouldn't hit Customs till Canada?

Also, got my tracking email. This is mine; HDN100409XXX < - Try this number instead just put random numbers. They're at a much higher number now, because more phones have been delivered.

Well, my fiancée signed for the iPhones. Shall activate when I get back in a few hours. Surprising that I got it a day earlier than expected. I guess Telus' strategy of giving free upgrades in return for 2 weeks wait worked for them.

Remember Telus users, 5000 scene points per activation! If you agreed to wait till October 12, demand that they credit you $60 (what 5000 scene points is worth to Telus) as the promo ends September 30th.

Mine is headed to Richmond, BC now, as at 3:49pm KY time.

Then I suspect it will get an Import Scan and be shipped to Regina for distribution. Needs to hit Regina by wee early AM hours tomorrow, in order to get onto the truck for my rural delivery by noon.

Ugh!! I'm guessing no earlier than Monday now :(

Why is mine in Seattle, WA now? Stopping there on way to Vancouver? Has UPS completely lost their minds?!

This has become a painful experience, one I may not repeat, even for an unlocked device!

Argh!!!!!!!

According to flight aware, it will be spending the night in Seattle, too. Next flight to Vanc not till 8:39 PDT tmrw. Then Customs. Then onto YQR over the weekend.

Maybe (?) have it Monday if it hits the right connections &/or trucks.

From Louisville, it goes to Mount Hope (Hamilton International Airport) and then on a truck to Concord, from there on a truck out for delivery.

Although, earlier tracking said in transit to Mount Hope, My iphone just landed in buffalo, NY. Don't know why. But I'm loosing hope that it's gonna be delivered Friday :(

I renewed my contract with the cancellation department on September 24 and they helped me order a phone. However, I didn't get an email with a tracking number like the guy said, nor did anything show up on my online account. So I went to the Fido store and they helped me reserve a phone (which I could have done myself, but I thought they could see into my system and not just the same thing I see when I log in online). Then I went to the Apple store to see if I could just get an iPhone there, but since my Fido dollars were gone, they wouldn't be able to use those against my phone. I then went to another Fido store and they showed my account was locked and that an iPhone was already apparently shipping and I couldn't cancel it. So I had to cancel my reservation but the Fido site was down/under maintenance like always and now I'm just waiting blindly for my iPhone to come.

I ordered on the 14th at 5am and was supposed to have received the iPhone 5 by the 21st. When I didn't get the phone I called Telus and I was told I would receive the phone by the 28th at the latest. On the 28th at 6pm when I still didn't receive the iPhone, I emailed weborders about what was going on and what would happen to my scene points. About 2 hours later Telus emailed me they would upgrade my 16gb to 64gb and the phone would ship out by the end of the night. I was told I would not receive a tracking number but I was able to use the reference number and my postal code to track down the shipment. So far it looks like they did ship it out like the email said. I was really surprised they upgraded me to 64gb, I was expecting an upgrade to 32gb and a 60 dollar credit like others have gotten. Fingers crossed I will get the iPhone by monday.

I just sent them an email through the website mentioned that I had preordered my phone but agreed to wait for a 64 gb because they were short on stock (chose to word it that way :p ), and that I was originally qualified for the scene points. I asked if there would be a way I could receive them or be compensated since I was supposed to get my phone yesterday originally. I will see if they reply with any info and post back here.

Have any Telus customers been able to deposit their Scene points yet?
Yes, of course.

I just discovered the Scene promotion on thursday. I went to the website, filled out the form, and it was confirmed. I received a note saying my scene points were deposited about 12 hours later.

I took the kids to see Hotel Transylvania using the points today! I was disappointed that the iOS Passbook integrated was a waste, since the mobile kiosk was out of order at the theatre. I had to just use the emailed PDF and have the clerk manually scan it.

I just walked into yorkdale, and was a line up at apple store for the 16 gb black ip5. I walked around and found a rogers kiosk and had what I was looking for, 64gb black. I bought it.
This was friday evening. Was in and out in 10 mins. The guy was nice enough to throw a screen protector and put it on too.
I;m trying it for 15 days to see what I think. It seems buggy ios6 but im sure with updates it will improve. crossing fingers

Don't e-mail. Waste of time. Get your phone out and dial *611. That automatically puts you into a Telus rep. Tell them that others have received the credit and the client care team will do it at the press of a button. They're the ones with the true power.

Of the big 3, Telus is practically the nicest. They're not perfect in any shape or form but they do try pretty hard to fix their errors. That's awfully nice of them to upgrade you to the 64GB model and I assume that's because they're out of stock with the others and since you ordered on the 14th (at 5am no less!), others ordering late in the day got their phone before you. But I guess the wait was worth it.

will do. hopefully it gets shipped soon cause my mom leaves canada on oct 13. :|

what are the consequences really?? i was actually hoping for a one week earlier delivery because my mom is leaving canada on the 7th.. if i only knew they wouldnt sell unlocked i5 in store i would have pre ordered it on the 14th.

the phone would be left in our house for an extra week till my aunt leaves canada to go back here. haahah

My co-workers were huddling in a circle, talking about their iPhone 5s... and I was excluded, Rogers still says #322 out of 1210... what was the point in waking up early and calling non-stop until I could pre-order the phone on Sept. 14th?

The $50 credit is not enough for this, Telus customers are getting upgraded to 32GB or 64GB models...

Have you received any email about your order yet? I'm in the same position as you - ordered 32GB Black while negotiating a new contract with Fido on Sept 26th. The retentions lady I was speaking with said I would receive an email from UPS when it ships and that it would arrive 'no later than Oct 10'. No word yet, would love to see a confirmation of order at the very least.

Can't wait to upgrade from the iPhone 3G!

You Telus folks are lucky, free upgrade to 64GB? Is that from 16GB or 32GB? Either way it beats the measly $50 I will get tomorrow for waiting 2 weeks for the phone. And now I'll probably have to wait even longer as Rogers tries shipping to other customers who ordered after me to avoid paying them the $50.

In 3 weeks, less than 300 phones of the model I ordered have shipped out, while they claim over 21,000 customers have received theirs over a week ago.

So Telus sent me a white 64gb instead of 16gb like they said in the email, plus they also made a weekend delivery so I was also able to receive the 5000 scene points. It was really nice of Telus to give me these offers for being one week late with my shipment.

Rogers business customers iPhone 5 spreadsheet

Rogers business customers, there is a spreadsheet someone made on the Rogers forums, tracking the order statuses.

If you want to add yours on the list just PM me (I have editing rights). The more data we have, the stronger of a case we have proving how bad Rogers is treating their business customers compared to their non-business ones.

And it will help us estimate when we will get our phones shipped to us.
