here's my experience with the pre order system with Rogers. I ordered one white and one black 16 on the day the preorders went up, as soon as i could get the page to load.
the White one seemed to be moving faster as i got a text message on the 19th that it has 'shipped' AND i got an email confirming this. then the Rogers store called to confirm they had the white phone.
but what about the black phone?
I got a text that the black phone had shipped on the 21st. BUT no email, and no phone call from Rogers store....so i was confused.
When i went in to pick up the white phone, lo and behold, the Black one was there too...but it was just by luck that the guy noticed it had my name on it. I would have gone on thinking it never arrived, and they would have given it to someone else....
morel of the story, is if you think your phone 'might' be there...call and ask them to look...

if it shipped you should have checked tracking and then you would have known it was delivered...nobody from my store called but I knew it was there since UPS tracking said it was...called to confirm it was indeed there and then picked it up...all launch day

It looks like the Rogers business reservation spot numbers actually do tell you your number in line instead of cancellations... unless like 80 people cancelled in a few hours, I went from #359 to #281, let's hope this only gets faster...
Update: Or maybe not? My spot jumped back up to the previous one a couple of minutes after I posted that.. and now it has settled to #346... is Rogers playing games with me?

I ended up taking Telus up on the free upgrade to the 64 gb version. I hate the extra wait but I figure I'll be using the phone for the next 3 years (Still using 3GS) so I might appreciate some extra space in the long run.
As far as having to wait until Oct 12th now, that part kinda sucks. I'm hoping they get a hold of whatever stock they are waiting for and it gets sent out earlier than that.

Same boat here. Passed through Anchorage, Alaska and now heading to Louisville, Kentucky. This phone has done more world travelling than I have!

Yes, me. Expedited isn't so expedited it seems. Stuck in China for 3 days and now in Louisville all day today. Lost my estimate delivery date, too.
Expedited is the cheapest and the worst. Some customers got express. But it's just random.

Mine went from Preparing to Ship to Shipped on the same day. Took until yesterday to get from Asia to NA. Last information I have is that it was in Kentucky at 1:00am.
My black iPhone 5 I preordered on the first day you could is arriving today or tomorrow, but it doesn't seem too far out of the question to have it today. I'm too excited to be honest ahaha

This might only work for Toronto.

0070076275 seems to be used for Montreal/areas of Quebec.

Does anyone know the UPS route to Toronto after Louisville or even Anchorage?
I've looked up other Mac products through UPS and it looks like Buffalo then Burlington but one never knows for sure. This is a total guess at this point.
