Yorkdale is about 40 mins drive for me and I'm sure it will be filled when I get there and fairview looks packed and don't wanna risk standing for hours and not get anything. I think it's time to hit the local rogers plus stores/ best buy!

Does anyone know how long they take to process ppl at apple store?

I'm currently in line at Yorkdale and am in 47th place. The organization here at Yorkdale is very good with numbers being taken down. Chances are looking good for me to get a Iphone 4 =D

Yeah I'd say chances for you are strong haha. I'm number 108 in line.

I just ordered a 32-gig iPhone 4 off the Canadian Apple Store website. :) It says a 3-week time to ship. A micro-SIM was not mentioned.

Question: If I walk into an apple store, can I buy an unlocked iphone from there? (assuming they have stock). or is it an online thing only?
I dont want to buy it online as I feel a bit insecure using my credit card on the net.

Yes. Using credit cards on secured website like apple.com is 100% safe. Unless the computer you are accressing this website from is hacked which means all of your other information, such as documents, pictures, etc, will be in danger situition.

I passed by a Bell retailer in Shediac (near Moncton)... no one in line. I don't imagine they have a ton of phones in-stock but surely they'd got a few dozens. If it wasn't that I need to call retention to get a plan as well, I would go stand infront of the store right now... And it's only about 5 mins from where I work.

Assuming no lineups and sufficient stock on hand, you should be able to get an unlocked phone in person. I don't know whether they'd have any restrictions preventing use of foreign credit cards or anything like that.

I wanted to order online but the Bell representative said online orders wont begin for 14 days. I don't mind going to the Bell store to see if they have any.

Based on this thread, it seems like no one is lining up in Vancouver so demand clearly isn't as high.

I Was Planning To But I Heard That Too Many People Was Lining Up..

ah ok.. kewl thanks

eg. for the 32GB iPhone... is its 779+tax? or 779 incl. tax?
