Was supposed to see them March 29th but they postponed shows due to illness. Hasn't been rescheduled yet.

That sucks. Hopefully soon.

I'm waiting for GM to come back this way, I missed the Halloween show in Oakland because, well, kids come first. But I did see Warren play with the SF symphony last year when they played Grateful Dead arrangements. That was crazy good. Plus, Bob Weir showed up. :)

I may see Nine Inch Nails at the Hollywood Bowl in August.

I guess I'll be going to Goo Goo Dolls with Daughtry and Plain White T's in Saratoga next month. Should be a good show.

Springsteen was AWESOME. 27 songs, 2 hours and 50 minutes pretty much non-stop. Pulled out his major hits, 4 audience requests (and 4 audience members pulled up on stage with him). The "encore" was all high-energy classics (Born to Run, 10th Ave. Freeze Out, Thunder Road, SHOUT) and the audience was described by him as "phenomenal", which was echoed by someone in his own words that had been to many of the other US dates saying it was one of the best shows and most audience-participation of any of them.

I'm not a huge Springsteen fan, but I would imagine he's one of the few acts that can pull off a three hour concert.

At 65 years old even. And it's not just him standing there singing into a mic and playing his guitar, he's all over the stage.

Did I mention Tom Morello was part of the band for this tour? That dude is AMAZING on guitar...

I saw Blake Shelton in Boston last year. I'm not the biggest fan of Country, but my SO loves him, so I took her for our anniversary. I have to admit that it was a lot of fun; I had a better time than I thought I would.

Funny. We saw them a few years ago and the opening act was QotSA which I was actually a little more stoked about :D

(NiN was awesome nonetheless)

I love Queens of the Stone Age, I saw them live in San Francisco for the first time in April. I gotta say, the crowd SUCKED....just stood there, no movement, no nothing. On the flipside I saw Slayer a couple of weeks ago in Salt Lake City, now THAT was a ****ing show!

Wow.. been a long time since I've been to some shows as well. In fact, the last one I went to was Def Leppard on their Sparkle Lounge tour, which was with Heart and Journey. Didn't make it out to Dragonforce, but they're all over the place so I may catch them again.

Def Leppard is now doing the residency thing at the Hard Rock, as they did 4 months of Viva Hysteria! there, which they played the Hysteria album in its entirety (first time since they released it that they did). They're setting up to do the same again with KISS, but are rumoured to turn it into a their own show where they play Pyromania in its entirety.

A Few other shows here and there.. George Lynch, Yngwie Malmsteen.. see my wife's favourite band, Tempest (celtic rock).. But the show I'm waiting to see, that I really want to see, especially since they just stepped foot on US soil on their way to Sonisphere (which at Sonisphere they were moved from the 2nd stage to the main stage and added another show the following day)...

is BabyMetal.

Love their concept, their show just looks/sounds killer, but didn't know how well kawaii metal would go down in Europe, where metal is just darker and huge there.. But for their shows on that leg of their world tour to sell out means that they're killing it there. I want to see that show.

BL.

I saw them back in October for the Tension tour.

We were on the floor. Things got pretty crazy when they played Wish and Head Like a Hole.

NIN was amazing last night. Their lights show and Reznor's stage presence are both incredible.

Love Chris Cornell's voice, too. Soundgarden sounded better than advertised.

Just saw NIN/Soundgarden in VB recently. Had awesome (row A) seats.

Really want to see Arcade Fire tomorrow in DC, but nobody else seems interested in going.

It might not have been a concert but the last musical type event I attended was The Dead in Bob Weir's private recording studio out back of his house.

I want to go see weezer in charlotte with Foxy Shazam. Probably wont make it down, so probably just catch the buzzcocks here in nyc that weekend of the 6th.

My sister need someone to go, and I like the music of 2 of the acts so I went with her to see Plain White T's, Daughtry and Goo Goo Dolls in June.

Tickets for the Presets will be on sale soon at the 930 club, so I'm definitely looking forward to that.

I've been to more concerts than I can think of. I used to go to 5 or 6 concerts a year. Now it's been at least 2 years since I have been to one. Probably the best concert I've been to was front row seats to Darius Rucker.

Probably 90% of the concerts I have been to are country.

Now that Garth Brooks is touring again, I will buy tickets as soon as he's within a 5 hour drive.

I used to go to concerts ALL THE TIME, however my girlfriend and I have completely different tastes in music. I have no problems taking her to see Maroon 5, but I can't ask her to sit through Front Line Assembly or anything like that.

Unfortunately all of my friends that listen to the same kind of stuff moved away.

I'm going to see Coheed's Neverender for IKSSE:3 in DC. This will be the 5th or 6th time I've seen them, I think.

I used to shoot bands. That gets you reeeeeally close without being smashed by rabid fans. I've shot OK Go, Shadows Fall, Horse the Band, The Chariot, Norma Jean, Shadows Fall, Bad Fish, Soja, and others.

Just saw NIN and Soundgarden in Tampa a few weeks ago. Both were amazing, but I liked the NIN show last Halloween in Orlando better. This year's been a little slow for shows--just QOTSA in Miami and Orlando in February and Peter Murphy in Tampa, and the aforementioned NIN.

The bands I've seen the most are probably Foo Fighters and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. RHCP on New Year's Eve 2012 in Vegas was *amazing.* I also photograph shows, but just for me.
