Just looked at the most likely airport for my Watch if this theory holds up, and I've got an hour and a half before those flights even begin to take off from Memphis (FedEx) /Louisville (UPS). May just head to bed.

Plastic? Metal? Who cares! Let's not get side-tracked here folks - there are mystery Watches in warehouses with our names on them waiting to be delivered by Santa tonight!

Just got through the thread, I'm totally on board! I had a similar discussion with a co-worker about the FedEx variable today. I think this theory has major legs.

FedEx has a flight from Memphis to Indianapolis that arrives at 5:06am EST. I live in Bloomington, just about an hour/hour and a half south from Indianapolis. I am keeping my hopes up for that shipment, but probably will get nothing out of it. I was kind of excited to have my watch for Little 5 this weekend so I did not have to pull my phone out for every notification during the race, oh well. I just wish I would have spent less time ensuring that my model, shipping address, and billing address were all 100% correct when ordering (checked like 3 times)...I could have been much further ahead in the batch if I would not have taken my time.

About to call it night.
Thanks for the positive vibes, guys.
It's been fun.
Best of luck to all of ye tomorrow morning.
Here's hoping Apple does something truly magical.

Let me ask you guys a very fair question. What are the odds of any movement happening over the weekend and getting our watches on monday (27)?

I live in Northwest Ohio and a flight just left from Newark to Detroit. No updates from any of the trackable items (Discover, Support Profile, Order status). There's a flight even leaving Memphis in 10 minutes heading to Detroit and that's probably the last chance. It was fun to hope while it lasted.

Well it's 3AM and I got nothing. Was fun while it lasted. I guess it'll be a few more weeks.

Remain strong!!

The labels get put on in an Apple contracted facility. In order to be delivered today, they would have had to come in from Anchorage more than likely sometime yesterday early morning at the latest. When UPS picks up the trailer from that contracted facility after they are sorted then labeled, they do a scan which knows every item on that trailer. Before they get on a plane with a label, you would have had some sort of notice. If you haven't received something by 11:15pm at night from this point on, you won't be receiving it the following day. The process is a very organized chaos at the central hubs like Louisville for UPS and Memphis for FedEx

You don't get to decide if it's a fair question. Anyway, yes sometimes packages move internally over weekends setting up Monday deliveries.
