Totally cancelled my order with T-Mobile after getting the run around and being one of the first pre orders I quit that game, so I bought the gold 64gb at my local store through a connect. I'm glad. I can wait for the plus later on.
Pre ordered a 6 plus 64 gb on AT&T. Shipping date ranged from Halloween to November 13th, then went down to 10-2 to 10-13. Showed up today in the mail.
Only issue I have with the 6+ is the keyboard in landscape. Too much extra keys on the sides.

No I wouldn't. I beat the hell out of my phone and it's new look lasts all of 5 minutes. My car is covered in bumper sticker and decal residue, scratches, and minor dents. I couldn't care less. I am not someone whom cares about aesthetics of inanimate objects. As long as they serve their purpose I am a happy camper.

Got my Plus and SWMBO's 6 from our neighbour, connected my 5S to my MBP and did a backup in iTunes (I normally use iCloud), but figured this would be much faster as it's a great spec machine!).
I've now connected my Plus and the restore is in progress!
I've got a couple of cases for it (Spigen Tough Armor and Slim Armor), but I'll pop over to the cases thread once I've taken some pix etc!

I've just reserved a 6+ for pick up after work tonight!
The downside is that it's a 6 hour round trip. Really hoping one shows up for reservation a lot closer before I set off, but I don't mind the drive if I have to do it.

I just ordered a 64GB Space Grey 6 Plus via the Apple Store app and it's estimated to deliver 10/22 - 10/29. I hope you get yours sooner!

Really? Every time I go on there to order, it says 3-4 weeks wait. Did yours initially say that date before ordering?

Just got home from picking my 6+ up from Glasgow! What a long drive that was. Still, definitely worth it to stop me from having one monitor constantly on iPhone 6 stock, it was driving me mad.
I went to the store all prepared to get a 6+ and then realized just how huge it is... I was going to get 64 Gb 6+ and ended up getting a 128 Gb 6 for a few reasons:
1. I'd need a bag just to carry the 6+. Most female pants don't have large enough pockets to accommodate a 6+ (and then there's bend gate too).
2. I have small hands. I can't even one hand the 6 let alone the 6+
3. There are far more cases available for the 6, some of them great like the pure gear hip case (can be clipped facing inward, outward, the clip doubles as a stand in both portrait and landscape mode, and it even holds a couple cards in the back of the holster. By comparison, the available cases for 6+ there just aren't as many. The pure gear one I mentioned is only available for the 6. I can't imagine a 6+ clipped to someone's belt anyway though... it's just too big.
4. The extra money was better spent on double the storage for music, photos, videos etc.
Size wise, I'd have been most happy if the 6 was 5" vice 4.7" - that would be the perfect size I think, without being TOO big. Though .3" is a a mere difference anyway.
The form factor I love over the 4-5s series. The sharp edges and glassy feel was getting old.
I bought the space grey because black border I find is better for media viewing... and the black REALLY looks great! The screen on this thing, the black is really black, so some of those new wallpapers look awesome (the flower ones with black background). The screen is nearly indistinguishable with the bezel!
iOS8 I am mostly satisfied with too... I gave up my JB for it. They started to include the things I used to JB for like adding widgets to the today summary etc. I can do that now, but the ONLY thing I miss is being able to play with my icons... resize them, choose different icons, make them different colours etc.

My iPhone is due to be delivered 9/25. The order has my husband's name on the shipping address, as he is the primary account holder of our verizon account, will I be able to sign for the package? Or will they need HIS signature? TIA!

You can sign, it is just FedEx or similar.
FYI, I got my 16g Gold 6 the day after launch at T-Mobile. My trade in for the 5S was worth more than what I owed on it, my bill actually went down for the trade in.. I do pay down the phone every now and then.
And I really could care less about the color at this point, I have had every iPhone since the original, why not get a gold one this year?
After taking an Apple break with the Nexus 4 and Nexus 5, I decided to check out the iPhone 6 and 6+ yesterday. Decided to pull the trigger on a 64GB Space Gray iPhone 6....sadly AT&T website says it will ship in 21-35 business days.

Walked in the Apple Store here in Atlanta and waited in line for about 2.5hrs and secured a 64GB iPhone 6. I dont need the + because I already have a 5.5in OnePlus One on my other line. Loving it so far, I just wish the devs would hurry up and update some of the major apps!
I ordered my 64gb Space Gray Tmobile Unlocked iPhone 6 on the 22nd at 8pm and its already preparing for shipment.
