Just picked up two 6+'s from Apple store

I originally ordered through att on sep. 24th.
My est. delivery date was nov. 3-12.
I just couldn't wait any longer. Checked istock website and found the ones I wanted and went to the Apple Store in NYC the first thing in the morning yesterday.
I called and canceled the order with att while I was at Apple store and everything went so smooth.
I walked out with two iPhone 6+'s.
6+ sg 64gb and 6+ gold 16gb.

So try your local Apple Store if you don't want to wait longer.

Happy iLife, y'all.

Good advice, yea they're pretty limited in stock here in Seattle so I've been calling all 4 Apple Store DAILY #

Cancelled my order of the 6 space grey 64 gb from AT&T and ordered through Apple just now with an estimated delivery between October 30th - November 4th.

With AT&T I was looking at November 6th - the 26th, so this does sound better.

Probably a smart move ...

... in my experience ordering stuff from Apple (ESPECIALLY high-demand items), their expected delivery times are accurate; you can expect your stuff by then , IF NOT earlier.

Ordered iPhone 6+ 64gb in space grey just now, with an estimated delivery date of Nov. 7th-14th.
It is going to be a long 3-4 weeks!

Figured I would ask best buy if they had any 6's while I was there and the dude said they just got a few in! I grabbed a Verizon 6 plus 64GB space grey. What an upgrade over the 5s! I usually rock my iPhone's naked, but the official Apple leather case seems to give it a better feel in my hands. I am going to try the case for a few days and decide if I want to return it or not. I love the phone so far.

I ordered oct. 8 and my estimated delivery is Nov 6?! The people who preordered should definitely receive theirs first. However, I think 2 weeks is more reasonable from whatever date you placed the order. It almost seems the plus' are made to order bc almost a month seems kinda ridiculous. Was the wait this long for any of the iPhone 5 versions?

Dear Apple,

You make billions of dollars and have thousands of workers in factories-
I want my phone now  :p

Thank you

You think that's bad? Try ordering from some of the 3rd party retailers. It took over 2 months for my 5s which I ordered on day 1 to ship, and I preordered a 6 on Sept 12, and as of this past Friday, the word directly from their customer service people was something to the effect of "extremely limited inventory... can't fill orders... may take many more weeks to clear the backlog..."

You talk about made to order... When I looked up when my 5s was manufactured via its serial number, it turned out it was made in November, shortly before I finally received it, and again, I had ordered it in September. So there's a good chance that the 6 I preordered this year hasn't even been assembled yet.

It's a good thing I don't NEED to have my phone right away, but it is a bit annoying nonetheless.

Ordered mine 2 weeks ago, estimated delivery early November. Just couldn't wait, so I drove to the nearest Apple Store and got one immediately, space grey 128gb couldn't be happier :)

Mine is still stuck in China :( Anyone in the same boat?

Yes we would all prefer to have our phones ASAP. We love apple. Nothing wrong with that. My Mac book pro arrived a few days early so since these iPhones are do not have custom hardware, hopefully they'll all be shipped to everyone with in 3 weeks :D

Ordered an iPhone 6+ Gold 16GB AT&T on 9/30, delivery between 10/29 and 11/5. Anyone who ordered after preorder see a jump in delivery date? I don't NEED my phone, but I just want it! Haha

Holiday for me too... I have all day to play with it and test out the new cam on my dogs!

I ordered mine from Apple.com today. iPhone 6, Space Grey, 64GB. Apple is saying 7-10 days to ship. We shall see...

size

Is anyone with a Plus having second thoughts about the size? I ordered a couple of weeks ago, and I'm still thinking if I should have gone just for the 6...maybe I'm just getting extremely impatient...
