K I got my 4.7 space grey 16 gb T-Mobile (contract free) 8 mins after pre orders started and I CAN confirm that my order just recently switched to preparing for shipment.Maybe some of u guys can make sense of it all. This is part of the iPhone experience that is

Just checked and I still don't have a phone in my support profile.

Where exactly can I find my support file?

I signed up for ups choice that's how I got tracking info.
Greetings,
I pre-ordered from the Apple App at 1225 PST on Friday. My status on the Apple site changed from Processing to Preparing for Shipment (Delivery on 9/19) late Saturday night. It's still in the same status this morning. I noticed some of you said on the "support" page you were able to get the tracking/device info - is this an Apple Support page? I chose the ATT NEXT option via the Apple Store. When I login to ATT they no longer show my current iPhone 5 being eligible for upgrade but they don't list the new device either. Just curious....and yes Friday can't get here soon enough.

Cheers!

Thanks

Thanks KittyToy - I'm signed up for UPS and I went ahead and signed up for FedEX because normally my shipments from Apple come via FedEX. I also ordered 2 cases separately and have already received shipping notification for one case (for my iPhone 5C for work) but still processing for the iPhone 6 Plus case....

Cheers!

I say give it to Wednesday if you still show 9/19 on apple you will get your phone on that date. Some people didn't get updates until the night before so relax.or sign up for ups choice and see if they have any packages schedule for your address.
We're in the same boat, with the same exact model.... I really don't know what's going on. I did my order at 12:24 PST.

I'm starting to think that since we did it so early, while the system was still up and down, it might have hurt us more than helped us. If my phone hasn't changed to preparing for shipment/shipped by tomorrow, I'm gonna call and find out what's going on.

Ups just sent my tracking info via text for 1 phone.. It's coming from China.

I'm getting jealous of you people getting " Preparing for Shipment" and 19/9 :p

Specially those who ordered late on Friday & Saturday

Got to love german T-Mobile's Pre-Order-Process. Received a Letter at the Beginning of August if I would like to reserve a Spot in the Pre-Order Line.
Received a confirmation for a pre-order spot August, 16.
Was able to wait till today to "activate" my pre-order.
Delivery: Friday...hassle-free Awesomeness ;)

I got the same but apples site still says preparing for shipment lol

I wonder if mine is progressing then.

My credit card was changed the full amount and has actually been posted (not just a pending transaction) as of this morning, but the date is from Friday.

Tried searching by reference number, but no such luck yet.

Don't worry, if you have a 9/19 delivery date, it may be the day before shipping before you get notice etc. I had an 'awaiting action' for address issues (PO Box), and do with every iPhone order, but it gets worked out. I told myself last year there is no way this phone is getting to me in 24 hours from China..... and it did. Hang in there. I just checked my profile this morning and my phone is entered with serial number.

I pre ordered 2 128GB iPhone 6 Plus's, Gold and Space Gray from Apple Store App around 3:30am EST and got 7-10 day, Oct 1 - 6 Delivery.

I just called apple customer service and the guy said he can't do anything about the arrival date but he can upgrade my shipping for free to NEXT DAY SHIPPING. So when ever it does ship, it gets there quicker.

Doing so changed my Delivery date from Oct 1-6 to Sept 29-Oct 2nd

Its not much, but I really did appreciate even this much. I wasn't expecting anything, but really polite really helped

I just spoke to Apple and they said that no matter what you shipping method say all iphones go out via the fastest method available. So even tho mine said standard shipping it will upgrade automatically to next day when it ships

.

iPhone 6 Plus 64 GB Space Grey on Verizon.

Ordered from the Seattle area at 0045 pacific time on Friday September 12 via the Apple Store app on iPad.

iPhone now shows up in my support profile at https://supportprofile.apple.com/ including serial number.

Apple Store via Safari shows "preparing for shipment".

Arrival date is September 19.

Trying to upgrade my existing 5S (for a test), the Verizon Wireless website says "You currently have new device(s) to be activated."

I have received no shipping notice or info.

Full charge ($400+) showed as "pending" on my credit card immediately upon ordering. Still shows pending.

Track-watch begins!

Well, did the backward tracking method on UPS (via Track By Reference), and my phone has been origin scanned in ZhengZhou, China as of today at 2:53am EST.

Is your status currently "Preparing for shipment"?

0.5kg. Just curious, but why do you want to know?

I'm curious too..

Yep, it's still showing as preparing officially via Apple Support, but the serial number is listed under my devices.

Awesome, so mine might actually be departing China as we speak (though I'm not able to find anything under my order # on UPS or FedEx).

I have an iPhone and a case and since tracking by reference want to know what I'm tracking. Thanks!
