Um... I didn't write the rules, so get off your knees and stop bowing. Oh and next time you are in church, tell the preacher to stop his "bitching." When he gives you a look, don't say you didn't get told by a grown up about bad words on Macrumors now. Still don't like the profanity rules? Tell to the Mods, buddy.

I'm an atheist. I don't practice tribal superstitious nonsense. Thanks for your concern though. THe profanity rules are fine by me. They let "bitching" and "crap" through the filter didn't they? Why don't you bitch to YOUR preacher about the profanity crap on MacRumors...[edit]...buddy

Not on this forum they aren't. Between the mods suspending and banning certain words and people getting offended by the most ridiculous thing, standards around here aren't much...

So when it was discovered that the "profanity" used here was ok with the boss you resort to church? Isn't it holy week? Don't you have something you could be doing?

I hate the new iPad. It's a total pos.

I know - it's astonishing that insistence that there is some major design flaw with the screen when it has such a high approval rating. I do not doubt that some small percentage of people got bad screens, but the complaint to defect ratio is being way overblown.
 
They took that poll way too early IMO. If they conducted it now, the results would be different.
 
My iPad 2 spent 6 months collecting dust. I've been using the new iPad every day since i got it. Don't see how its the least liked version. :confused:

Nonsense. The new iPad has a higher rating than the iPad 2, an it already led the industry ratings on satisfaction in any computing device.

You can expect to continue to see record sales, with 60M unit sales in 2012. That's more than 160,000 sales a day, every day, 7 days a week.

No it wouldn't! These so called issues are so freaking overblown! Sure there are some bad displays when you mass produce stuff it's going to happen. However, the reality is it isn't at nearly the level that some would have us believe.

I also really question the validity of some folks that have gone back to the Apple store or other retailer 6 or 8 times.
 
I love my new iPad. The screen upgrade was the only thing that was lacking for me when I had the 2. But now that the new has it, I'm set. I'm using a switched SIM from my MiFi Hotspot device for the LTE and have 64GB model. Moreover, I see no discernable problem outside/inside that makes it incovenient for me to use. Just as long as it can what I need it to do, then I'm set. I'm not going to go into "what if" scenarios that most people go to. How often do those scenarios ever occur anyway? For it's purpose and quality, the money I paid was worth it. I'm extremely satisfied and it's going to take a significant change in the next generation of iPad to make me upgrade.
