Love a good parody, but this was a bit boring and insensitive for a tech site. People pay a lot for these devices. But maybe consumers should just fork up and shut up.
Bring it back. Back to the apple store.
(but you know you wont)

5. They put out a software update to alter the software to make the signal appear stronger.
Well, the actual cause of the problem is only familiar to tech geeks who represent maybe 10% of the population. The general public doesn't know or give a crap about antennas and attenuation and decibels and blah blah, if a phone has poor reception they either shake their fist at AT&T or they run around the house looking for a spot with better signal. Considering the amount of times we've seen actors holding iPhones upside down on various shows, I wouldn't credit non-geeks with the intuition and advanced troubleshooting skills required to figure out that touching a certain spot on the phone bridges the antennas. They're probably busy looking for the on/off switch or wondering about stuff like the good ol' "there's no sound coming out of one of the iPhone's stereo speakers!""Apples sold well over two million iPhone 4s, and we simply havent heard the sort of outcry from users that wed normally hear if a product this high-profile and this popular had a showstopping defect. Honestly, its puzzling we know that the phone has an antenna-relnated problem, but were simply not able to say what that issue actually means for everyday users."
Why do people do this? YouTube is getting so full of crap parody videos, useless "video responses to:" and Joe bloggs product reviews by who gives a crap.
People need to go back to using YouTube for what it's meant to be used for: posting hilarious videos of people falling down, cute baby animals and funny stuff people do when they're drunk.
There was a guy behind me in line that had dropped his phone out of his pocket while sitting down and the glass was shattered on the front. The manager told him "this is the strongest glass ever...".

Not humorous, cringe worthy in fact.
