I've gone through this thread and didn't see this case mentioned. I like the size and sleekness. Does anyone know where I can purchase it?

I am a big fan of dual utility cases such as credit card carry cases, etc., and even though I like the size, the shape, the sleek look and especially the color of this one, I believe the phone faces the wrong way. You'd have to open it to use - and continue using - your iPhone for calls since there is no hole to hear through, plus the cards would be in the way even if there were. Why can't they just mount the phone facing the other way, with a slim bumper-like clip attached to the flap?

This is the same wallet type of case but this one allows you to use the phone WITHOUT opening up the wallet.

There is a good video of it here: http://youtu.be/5EpWHLiIXMQ

For me personally however, - this is one of THE best credit card/case combos I have seen to date and the reason why I backed it :

Now That's the right way to build a wallet case. The only thing that would hold it up for me personally is that "strap", resembles a lady's pocketbook...

I really like the utility and versatility of the SAFE, but waiting to see it in reviews or in person. Can't hold a bunch of stuff (a feature I do prefer) without internal size to accommodate everything, but the designer tried to slim it down with the nicely tapered edges. But I would like to see it first, or at least read/hear the opinions of others who have held it, opened and closed it, loaded (and unloaded) it while rushing through a busy shopping line, just overall used it day in and out, etc. But a very great concept, right up my case preference alley.

I'm getting the Bullet one because I generally don't carry cash - when I do it's from tips at work.

And work is just down the street from a nice cash-accepting and instant-crediting ATM that belongs to my main bank :)

By Bullet would you mean the "Bullet Train" one?

And yes, I really need to get into a truly "cash-less" lifestyle. Would be so much more convenient.

Just got an email confirming my Vaultskin Lexx iPhone 5 cases were shipped, up to 10 days to get here (5 days Tracked but that was not free). Still pretty quick if you ask me, and the site itself said something about up to 28 days to the US (shipped from the UK). But it was in their disclaimer section giving max ETA dates to all their destinations.

They also answered (immediately) my email about whether procurement from Amazon UK would be any faster since they have them in stock. But Amazon UK apparently doesn't ship to the US anyway.

Hi, have you received the case? It look very promising from the site and video, and would be great if you can comment a little about it once you got it.

I am currently using Sena walletskin for my Iphone 5, and it work very well. The only downside to me is it can't really hold cash once 3-4 cards are put in, which is fine since I don't always need cash, and when I do I just use a money clip for that. But this Lexx case might be a good alternative.

Thanks.

You could squeeze 3 cards and 3 or 4 notes, but I only use 2 cards and the cash. Really good design. Money clip works perfectly

Yes I have it! I posted a short review here: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1545156/

All i want is a case that is similar to the old Casemate ID case for the iPhone 4/4S. Open top and bottom. Slim, lightweight.

But it is so freaking hard to find one! The generic matte black ones are the perfect idea but they are so think compared to the casemate.

Loved the 4 case mate credit card holder!!!!
Why are they not doing it for the 5????

Why is nobody talking about the STASH???

i have a generic black, its almost as thin as case-mate. it does the job. ordered from aliexpress

ebay ver of this is under $10, and amazon has them for $5 as a add-on

I bought a Sinji (Sinjimori I think is the full proper name), very very similar, paid twelve bucks though. But it is able to stretch like crazy to fit all kinds of things, not just cards (wound-up earphones, etc.). But I stuck it on the back of a cheap snap-on so I can change cases/things around as different needs arise.

There's also a "Roo" pocket that is similar as well (on Amazon) but it is made of silicone instead of Lycra, so it does not stretch quite as much to take as much stuff, some Amazon consumer reviews do point this out as a disadvantage.

How's it work out for you? I'm not wild that the material is suppose to look like a jean pocket, but other then that how is the quality and such?

Quality is good. About the material thing, it was not my first choice either (wanted a plain black) but that's all they had at the time. The yellow/orange "stitching" (paint) around the edge of the pocket is not stretchy so it has started to come off. Will look better when it all finally comes off.

The pocket itself is quite tough, and it UN-stretches (tightens back down) almost all the way immediately after you take out your stuff (see "Lycra") and performs well. But the overall look may or may not appeal to some, plus I didn't like the permanent peel-and-stick attaching directly to the back of one's phone, so I did get a cheapy $2 TPU snap-on and stuck it to that so I can change cases whenever I want.

Anyone tried detach / reattaching these? How does it hold up?

Never had the silicone one (I hate silicone - always gets loose), but I did have the sinji. Seemed great until it tore at bar and my cards fell onto the floor in the dark. Replaced it with the cardninja - more money but much more durable. Was definitely stupid trying to save a few bucks with the knockoff.
+1 on holding other things - perfect for headphones.

Interesting. What is the Ninja made of? The Sinji was Lycra, like a Spandex type of material. Card Ninja seems like the same stuff but then again I have their "denim" color Sinji, seems to be a thicker, more durable material than the original Sinji. And it was even less, $11-something at Amazon and ebay.

But I found out Sinjimoru has been in existence making these for at least a year or possibly a couple of years, so going by the KickStarter dates and the late fall deliveries, then if anything I think the CardNinja is actually newer, and may have learned a thing or two from Sinji, such as what type of material to use, etc.
