I have owed the 6 since the 6 came out,I still love it,no problems.

I was in the drug store the other day,and the man in front me had a phone he was using, looked good,so I asked him about it, Iphone6+ he liked it very much, It drew my interest, because it was less bulky, then i expected.
I think I will try the 6+, to see if it is something I will keep.
I would like some advice on this issue, from you many Iphone owners.
Is it a wast of money ? since I already have the 6. thank you all.

Sorry, very late reply, yes! And the continuity with my rMBP? Amazing! Camera? Amazing! Battery? Ridiculously good. I do however wish I could replace Siri with Google Now as my default assistant. And have haptic feedback with Fleksy on the iPhone as well but hopefully apple will eventually allow it.
I have to say I don't really use Siri myself unless I just fancy asking it silly questions. I am just not in the habit or explored it fully and have found it gets most things wrong. If you say Google Now is better then I can't disagree with that. It should be offered as an option to change for people like yourself.

I am still happy with the iPhone 6 after 6 months. It would be pretty tough if I wasn't because I am on a 24 month contract anyway lol. Its much the same as my old iPhone 5 but slightly bigger, easier to type on and faster. The camera is better and so is the battery for me too. I like the fact I can answer calls through my iPad when on my break too. The 6 seems to get quite a bashing from fans of other devices but I don't see what all the fuss is about. I can do all the things I need and am still enjoying it. :)

Personally, Now isn't better per-say but it's feature set appeals to me more. Siri just needs to become more accurate.

I've just recently moved to iOS/iPhones from Android in the last week. Whilst the iPhone is a great 6 in terms of design and speed, they need to open up the iOS a bit more.

Inability to delete photos synced from iTunes is sort of annoying. Thank god for JB, it makes the phone much more enjoyable and faster to use.

I've had my 6 for a few days now and I love it. By far the best iPhone ever. The screen is gorgeous, and it's my first Touch ID iPhone too, so it's all very new!

Let me dampen your excitement down a bit. Renaming photos and transferring movie files is a PITA with my iPhone 6 compared to my previous Samsung Android phone.

been using an iphone since the 3 series and now using a 6plus but have not dampened my excitement yet. hmm i wonder why? plus i always look at it this way - Apple is a US company and Samsung is an Asian Company - go figure. which one will you choose. not unless you're in asia then i understand that. but if you're here in the US. well.....its up to you. just wanted to help the US economy in a small way i can.....

Can I ask what you use it for? I am on my second phone now with Siri and I really should try and use it properly! :)

Siri? I use it to sometimes call people, if I'm walking I just hold the home button when putting my hands in my pocket and just control the music playing. It is kinda useful.

That's cool, I just haven't adapted to its use yet but you never know.

My only real criticism of the iPhone 6 is the power button location. Why was it ever moved to the side of the device? I find every time I am turning it onto standby I press the volume buttons on the opposite side as I grip the phone. This was never an issue when the button was along the top, but maybe it was moved because the phone is bigger and they deemed it easier to use one handed if the button was moved? Whatever the reason I think it has produced another issue, a minor issue, but an issue nonetheless.

Still a fab phone though and the best I have owned to date. :)

I agree with the power button location. Bad, bad Apple.
It belongs on the top. Period.
IMO

Because of the size of the phone. It's not as compact as the 5S where you can just reach up top and unlock it. With the 6 & 6+ they figured it'd be more convenient than having to stretch your fingers to the top to unlock it every time.

I use the rMini all day long with the button on top. It's easier imo. I stick by my original comment.

iPad (mini or not) isn't really imagined as being used one handed much or at all really, while the iPhone generally is and is thus designed with that in mind.

I guess it's a matter of personal taste. I can't use my ip6 one handed, and the volume buttons get pushed whenever I push the power button (still), unless actually thinking not to push them. I would like to see it back in the top.

How did you post so many times on MR to just now realise iphones are good :)

And congratz on the cricket!!!!

I feel like punching something with it on the side, especially when it turns the volume down just as I am shutting it off and I have to open the phone again to put it right! lol Very annoying and poorly thought out. :)
I guess the idea is that when you are holding the phone you are doing so using the bottom 2/3 of it so when you lift your thumb to press the sleep button or use a finger from another hand to do it you won't be touching the volume buttons as the hand or part of the hand thst's holding the phone is below the volume buttons.

Yeah I know the reason it was put there, I said so much in post #63. My Point is I have more difficulty with it in its present location than I would on the top. I use my phone mostly one handed as well but tend to turn it off as I am slipping it into my pocket, hence why having it on the top wouldn't be an issue.

I did say it was a minor issue, and I am not getting annoyed about it, nor can I change it. Just stating my point. I love the phone other than that.

Out of curiosity, when you put it in your pocket, do you put it top down (so the top of the phone is at the bottom of the pocket) or with the top of the phone being at the top of the pocket?
