It's that time of the season once again, when I get to have a rummage with my balls...
Here then is the eagerly anticipated draw for the quarter-finals of the MacRumors Cup...
Neutron Heath v T!llionaire Toyshire
The Heathens topped the table in the group stages, but can the iToys pull off the upset of the round against their illustrious opponents?
Hardly Athletic v Argy-Bargy
Athletic may have been group stage runners-up, but they can't go taking it easy against the Argies now that a single bad result means elimination from the competition.
Omaha Latics v Pachyderm FC
The unfancied Tuskers have enjoyed a successful season by their standards but can pachyderm's boys keep the dream going by progressing at the expense of the Latics?
The Stoplights v Mancunian Mopheads
The Stoplights will be hoping it's green for go into the semi-finals, but the Mopheads will no doubt be looking to clean up in the last of our ties.

Last year we were on the outside looking in. The boys dedicated themselves in the offseason. Twoadays, playing thru pain, we've suffered to get here. This is our time. This is our house. Now lets come out swinging. Viva la Stoplights!!!

and do you actually set the matches in the play offs or does the site?
The site does - I've no control over who is drawn against who.
And bizarrely, as Tilpots has noted, the draw looks to have been decided based on the final placings so either it's a remarkable coincidence or what the support bloke at the Premier League said was incorrect.
Still the best in the biz.
I'm almost ashamed to admit how excited I am for these playoffs. This game is loads of fun and I really enjoy our little slice of EPL. Gonna be another tough summer without the league. Next summer, World Cup!
Oh boy, if there is one thing the Heathens' opposition don't lack, it's a confident manager - too quiet their end, what is he planning? Anyway, things to do - away team dressing room to flood and hot water to cut off.

That it is, my friend. Gonna wear out the refresh button on my browser, for sure. You've got my Assistants working OT scouting the matchup. Thankfully, the deep pockets of the organization has allowed us to hire extra staff members to meet their demands.
The double GW players are enticing if they don't rest. Hope the EPL Managers know the MR Cup is taking place. Maybe I'll write them just to be sure the implications are clear...

My hopes for tonight: West Brom score once so Hart doesn't get as many points, however Lukaku doesn't score the goal so that you don't sneak in points that way; Tevez is benched for the FA Cup game; and Aguero scores 15 goals AND gets a 3 point bonus.
That would be ideal. Win-win.
What happens when facing a draw? Random procedure would be such a downer. Let's hope for the best then (me).

- Most goals scored in the Gameweek
- Fewest goals conceded in the Gameweek
- Virtual coin toss
