From Apple's website: "iTunes Match is included with Apple Music and Apple One; you don't need the separate subscription to it. You only need the 2TB iCloud+ plan if the storage in Apple One isn't enough." No need to pay extra for it.

For many people, maybe. If you're using Apple Music, TV and want storage or Apple Fitness, then it's probably worth it. You'll save a few bucks and then get some extras. Apple Arcade doesn't really feel like a significant value to me, but as an add-on to the bundle it's worth it for the game or two me and my family play. Apple News has some good stuff but as a product, I pay for I really hate they are putting in more ads. The point of paying for the product is to not see ads.

It's worth it if you use the services and it's not if you don't. I have the family plan. Can't live without Apple Music, TV+ and iCloud+. Couldn't care less about News+ and fitness+ (I much prefer BeachBody online). Some may love news+ and Fitness+. One service I never use is Arcade. Others may love it and that's all right. To me, all the games there are not worth it.

I think everyone here may agree that what would be cool is if we could pick want we want. Maybe an Apple One Custom plan where you can pick three services of your choice for a fixed price.

Worth for me personally as Apple One costs about 10USD (russian account) for 4 persons using it. But considering european or US price it would be total no-go for me.

I was initially thinking about Apple One, but I wish they had annual plans and you can opt in or out. For example, I would love the storage option (Even though I have Microsoft 365 and use One drive for all my storage) but I do have Apple Music and Apple TV (Which expires today). I love apple Music and subscribe that annually for the last few years. I don't need Arcade or news, but I feel like with Apple One, you have to get those. Maybe it's the sacrifice of getting the others, but I really don't have a use for Arcade or News (Maybe Fitness, but I do go to the Gym quite a bit). Also, I still like subscribing annually to things, mainly because if you enjoy something, having a one time payment that is less than the 12 months of payments you would make is beneficial.

I've been suggesting turning Books into a library of sorts for a long time. Maybe to keep authors happy, have a service for books where you can rent them for a period of time (And keep renting them if you aren't done with them) but they aren't necessarily yours. I wonder if authors would agree to that. They still put books at Libraries. I'm just saying an online library that isn't Kanopy or Hoopla but has the strength of Apple behind it.

In terms of Apple Music, I think Itunes Match is part of Apple Music. One of the reasons I like AM over Spotify is your local files are integrated seamlessly into your apple music library so it's easier for shuffling purposes. I hate how Spotify designed it's user interface.

I'm subscribed to iCloud+ with 200 GB of Storage for $2.99, Apple Music for $4.99, and Apple TV+ through T-Mobile. I would probably find some value in Apple One, but the price isn't compelling enough for me to subscribe.

I like your idea about iBooks. As I said previously, it would be cool if Apple launched an Apple One custom plan where you could pick three services of your choice for a fixed price.

It used to be worth it before all the price hikes. We don't use the Apple Arcade and decent shows on Apple TV+ don't warrant 12-month subscription use. Just last month, I cancelled my bundle and the 5 of us on the fam plan just use the Music and 200 Mb shared storage a la carte.

And by the way, I love all your shows, but this was clearly THE BEST show of the year!!

The best part was listening to both of you go through all your subscriptions. I should evaluate mines as well.
DropBox, DayOne, Microsoft365, Evernote, Apple One, Paramount Plus, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime are musts for my family. Some may sound redundant, but these are the ones I use almost daily and would miss tremendously.

Most everything else, it's probably time for me to evaluate and drop.

I wish there was a 1Tb option. My family uses 450Gb collectively so we are kind of forced into the higher tier. I don’t care about News+ or Fitness+ so we are just Music, TV and iCloud (with a small selection of Arcade).

I have a family on it. There is so little storage on the first two plans that anyone with multiple accounts has to go premium just for the storage.

So as soon as you tip over 200GB, it's a lock-in and gouge. There's nothing else in premium that we get value from.

Cheaper to just get Music and iCloud À la carte

Never used the other stuff, family of 5. Cancelled to save a few bucks.
That's what we do---We love Apple music and need the 200 GB Icloud. I have 3 free months of ATV+ and it's not good at all, other than Invasion and season 1 of Ted Lasso... I'm not interested in gaming and certainly sick of all "news". At $22.95 for the 4 items I would consider but not at the new price.

In Poland (Europe) it’s useless unless you use more than just cloud space so one of other 4 items (Apple One consists of: iCloud, ATV+, Apple Arcade and Apple Music).

No Fitness (even in English which most of people knows), no News app…

ATV+ is worth buying for few months per year and Arcade is only worth if you have children and want some free time.
Usually I just watch it when I get it for free using codes for 1-2 months.

iCloud space is overpriced joke there

I stopped using news when they stopped letting you block the feeds at the top. Certain channels i never ever want to see.
What are you seeing? I don’t see anything other than what I’ve chosen. I don’t really use it for news though read about 10 magazines.

I think it’s worth it. 4 family members. 3 in the same household 1 living in another state. I have Apple One Premier. All use Apple TV, Apple Music and back up to iCloud. Myself and one of my kids use Fitness +, kid works remote and uses it during his lunch time. I use the news app mostly for reading magazines about 10, wife uses the news app for news and a few magazines.

Its been a year since I've used it. The top section, i think "featured" or something like that. Older versions let you block content providers but as of last year Apple prevented you from blocking content in the featured section.
