The battery of the + is far too good to go back to the weaker-to-same-as-5s type of battery. It's too great of a device to go back to a smaller screen in my opinion.

The battery life is fantastic on my 6+. Used it HEAVY today and came home with over 50% battery life left on it. With that use on my iPhone 5, the phone would have died before getting home.

Typing this from a 6+ right now, I honestly cannot go back to a smaller phone, this is very pleasant.

While I was returning my plus and getting a six I could hear all kinds of people talking about the plus being too huge.....they are right. It's beyond big, Apple should not have made the plus that huge.

Dumbest thing I've heard in days. Because you don't like something it shouldn't exist. It was mad for those that like a larger phone.

These threads make me laugh lol. I got the 6+ and fully intend on keeping mine. The 6+ is a great phone, despite some i6 owners trying to down it just to make their 6 seem superior. Not our fault that Apple gave all the good stuff to the 6+ lol j/k but come on people. Just be happy with what you got. And LOL at some people thinking the 6+ is gonna flop. The 6+ is going to sell very very well. People love big screen phones. This isn't 2009.

Agreed. I have my 5S next to me and holy hell does that thing seem smaller than usual lol. Also, I love watching movies on my phone. IMO movie watching and even gaming on the iPhone was a pain in the ass. Netflix streams absolutely beautiful on this gorgeous 1080p display. I also find myself playing more games on my 6+ Never really did that with my 5S b/c the damn screen was just too small, at least for me.

WTF is with some of you people. We get it you don't like the 6 Plus. Now shut up about it already.

Well some people got the 6 and to make themselves feel better about their purchase, they try and bash the 6+ despite the fact that the 6+ is selling well, people like it, and it has superior hardware. Instead of saying "I got my 6 and I'm happy with my phone" you have some assclowns who are like "Oh man, I...I think the 6+ may be better than my 6 but I'm not gonna admit that...instead I'm gonna just bash it and constantly bring up how my 6 is better" Notice that you don't see 6+ owners constantly asking "So, how many i6ers are gonna return their phone for the MUCH BETTER 6+?" It's pretty ridiculous, tbh.

i bought a 6 today and love it.

Other people are buying or have bought a 6+, and i'm sure most of them love it too.

When will people realize that it's just personal preference? Sure the pros and cons are different, but they're both amazing phones. Let people enjoy what they want to enjoy, especially when it's something as trivial as phones.

Hope you enjoy your phone. The 6 is honestly not a bad phone. But personally, I just need a bigger display for media, gaming, work and school related stuff and plus I don't have the best eyesight lol. But like you said, it's all personal preference.

Personally I'm not into a large phone (tried the original note, too small for PDFs and too big for everything else) so I bought the 6. But I'm not going to knock people for buying a bigger phone. It's too subjective.

We need more people like you on this forum, seriously

The iPhone 6 plus will be the mother of all returns or return gate.

Too many people ordered wanting the big iPhone not realizing how huge it was. Get the smaller 6
My opinion is that I don't see the point of the 4.7". It's not the flagship, the flagship is the 6 plus and it is specced out as said flagship.

If you like the 4.7, that's cool, but the 6 plus is the ticket for me.

Pre-ordered the Plus, should arrive by 1pm ET today, THEN on the 19th had first hands on with the Plus at the Apple Store and thought "Whoa, did I do the right thing, this thing is thin, I feel like I might break it like a candy bar in my pocket!" ..it slipped in my hand a few times. Order was still processing - so I was tempted to cancel. I went back Saturday, played with the Plus some more..thinking "I think I can handle it, I'll get used it it" - Item shipped early Monday morning. I went BACK again to Apple yesterday for a case/screen protector. Store wasn't crowded, not even close to the 2 previous visits so I had a chance to really play with the Plus for a good 15, 20 minutes. I love it, I don't regret it.

Now...will I put it in my pocket like I originally planned? Um, no. It's not the original thought of "breaking it like a candy bar" the fear of bending it like a melting candy bar...lol

Why, what is wrong with having a larger option. How does it detract from your choice.

Lack of conformity. Fear of making the wrong choice? The possibility of spending hundreds of dollars and yet landing with the "uncool" phone?

Even after noticing that my 6+ was slightly bent, and having to bend it back into place, I STILL love my 6+. To each their own.

Yeah, I've found that battery life correlates strictly with battery capacity no matter who is making the software (among first tier makers)

Even Apple can't optimize much more than they already have. So the 6+ has a battery that is double the 5 and 5s' battery.

Are we really raising a generation of people so afraid of making a simple decision and so uncomfortable with themselves, so lacking in confidence that the only way they can achieve social status and a sense of self-worth is by haven the "coolest" phone?

Wow... If that's the case, we're *****.

anyone that ordered it and didnt know how the size was is a complete moron.

the note has been out for 4 years. its pretty mind blowing how people order a 300+ device (even more if out of contract) and say its too big. you guys havnt seen the note at your local retail store (if your friends/family/coworkers) dont have one?

i think its reasonable to say, anyone returning it because of the size is an idiot. I wonder if they purchase other products in a similar way.

its like buying an a new SUV and saying its too big, when theres been SUVS for years.

yeah its that stupid

Remember often post we read online are only about the negatives. There are millions of plus owners that have perfectly usable, unbent phones.

I for one, love mine. My father has the standard 6. They are both gorgeous phones, but I am glad I went with the Plus.

I had both an iPhone 6 and a 6+ and I've returned the 6 back to the Apple Store. The 6+ is an amazing device and I'm using my phone more than ever !

Love it !

Returned my + yesterday after four days of usage. Too large, not elegant or well designed. The 6 just feels right. It's the phone Steve would have delivered.

You are correct but be ready for the Plus flames to come. As most users in this thread are Plus users because of the title.

I would say a lot of people preordered the Plus thinking it was a superior phone. But it is not a phone, its a "phablet," there are so many people that preordered and accepted the phone size, while also accepting the phablet market without even realizing just how ridiculously big the phablet is.

People don't realize they made two phones for two different markets.e in denial now because they do not I would say most Plus buyers are in denial and just do not want to return their phone...
