iPhone Flip if it's a vertical clamshell, or iPhone Fold if it's a book-style horizontal.

Though knowing Apple, iPhone Ultra feels like the most realistic pick—they'll want to position it as the highest-end model without directly copying Samsung's "Fold" naming scheme.

"iPhone Flip" gets my vote for catchiest, but "iPhone Ultra" is what I bet they actually go with.
