the button should appear automatically after sometime. it took about 1 min for mine to refresh
 
Preordered my 64GB Black Wi-fi minutes ago!
I had 3G/64GB iPad 2 that I recently sold... I never once turned on the 3G or used it so I figured its not worth it for me to keep it... although 4G was enticing, most places I go have wifi and when i dont have wifi i can always use my iphone.


Took a while to get the order through... if you're trying, dont give up, youll get it!
 
That was the worst online pre-order experience of my life.

Apple can and needs to do better than that. They need to create 'Stream-lined' order system for big releases like this. Where the entire online-store is shut down and when you click store you only see a page to order just the new product and it's very minimalistic and straight forward.

Many other companies have initiated this process when they expect high traffic volumes for online orders of a big product.
 
What good is that server farm in NC doing? Still after all these years they can't get it together on new product ordering.
 
After the "processing" screen the order goes through, correct? I ordered a White "New iPad" rn, but I accidentally closed the tab + I have yet to receive the email. I did put in my debit card + it processed. If anyone could screencap the page after "processing", I'd really appreciate it.

Just got my confirmation email.
Man.. I think I'm already regretting getting white. I had white last year and liked it but I think I wanted black more.

I got nervous and just picked one lmao.

You can remove them..top left is the 'edit' button to change quantity.
I'm still stuck on the app and on the site....not happy right now :mad:
 
Ordered white wifi 16gb around 12:50pm PST. Estimated delivery date is the 16th. :D

Took several tries to get to the first screen, but the rest went smoothly once I added the item in the cart.

I'm just going to guess that you didn't pre-order an iPhone 4 :)
 
Got through, made it fairly easily through the process without many hangs, placed my order, and just got my confirmation. Took about 10 minutes. 32 GB Black AT&T 4G is on the way! :)

Thank you Apple for loading the page and taking my money.
 
Just got the order through for a White 64GB + LTE... now just waiting for the confirmation email.

For those that got one, how long did it take?
 
I went through well kinds. I order apple tv 1080p and the new iPad and a smart cover. It was proccing my card and then its went oops return to apple store should I be worrying about that? haven't gotten my email yet :(
