Post here of your new iPad has shipped.

Mine hasn't yet, probably will on Monday. I've read that some of yours already have. Maybe you'll be getting yours early, lucky dogs.
 
No thread on status order for Canada so I guess I'll post here.
Ordered yesterday around 6pm MST and it still says "processing order" for the 2 Black 32GB wifi ones.
 
I just got excited by an email from Apple that said, "Your order has shipped."

...it was the Smart Cover. What a bunch of teases. :)
 
I got a shipment notification - UPS details:

Just checked the pre-order thread. Other folks reporting a "shipped" status seem to have chosen the personalized option. That is true for me also. I'll bet the non-personalized stock is already in the US and will just sit around until next week to be shipped.
 
There were slip up in the past where a iPad or two got delivered a day early but it is rare.

Most are going to be locked up at FedEx and UPS till they have to release them. Apple would be VERY pissed at them if they messed up and delivered early
 
What do you think is likelihood that they will arrive on the 15th if ordered yesterday? I just realized I will be leaving the morning of Friday 16th for a soccer tournament in Richmond for my daughter. If I place it on hold at FedEx facility, would I be able to pick it up there early on my way out of town the morning of the 16th? Our FedEx deliveries always arrive in late afternoon - I think we are on tail end of route:(
 
I love that there's a shipping status thread again. I was checking the the iPad 2 thread obsessively a year ago. Meeeeemories.

I'd bet this is the case as well.
 
I ordered my 32GB Black WiFi around 12:30pm Mar 7. It's still in the processing phase the last time I checked. I didn't personalize it.
 
there's no way carriers are going to warehouse a massive supply of these for days on end, so I would imagine people will get their orders a day or two early

My order is 'processing' for delivery next Friday

They are told to hold the delivery off until release day, this happens all the time with console launches. It isn't something that we have just made up to annoy people. Maybe some will get through a day early, but not many.
 
the wifi only one is "preparing for shipment" but the LTE one is still "processing". both are supposed to be delivered on 16th.

hopefully i'll be receiving both on the same day..
