Its not going to be time capsule, that was already on the US store this morning before it was updated. I am not sure they were shipping yet but you could definately buy them already.

yeah but they might label it 'shipping now' and promote it to the front page, a sort of non-update.

How about penryn mac minis, perhaps that's where they're going to put all the chips they refuse to put into MBPs and the mini hasn't had an update in forever.
