Ok, appears to be business as usual. Shop was pretty quiet (no surprise as it's foul out there and town seems quiet) and everything seemed to be in place. Nothing hidden off, no secret looking things, no excited looking staff or anything.

But even if they were unleashing a pink powerbook G5 on the world, i doubt there'd be anything to indicate that in the store.

NEW MACBOOK/PROS HAVE LANDED IN NIUE APPLE STORE

sorry i lied. i should probaly get banned for that, BUT I JUST WANT MY MACBOOK PRO TO TOUCH DOWN IN AUS

G'day mate, as soon as I read your claim the first thing I thought was; what does this guy think it is, bush week or something? Don't worry I've already reported your post and suggested they reverse lookup your IP address. With any luck the regional Australian Mac Rumors Moderators should be breaking down your door any second and it'll be as noisy as a dunny door in a storm. The Australian mods are tough and proper True Blue, by the time they're finished with you, you'll look like a dog's breakfast and you'll probably have a few kangaroos loose in the top paddock, if you know what I mean.

If I were you, I'd be off like a bucket of prawns in the sun and head for the Never Never me old cobber. Meanwhile I'm gonna sit back, crack myself a tinnie and enjoy the fun ... oh, and look forward to the new MBP's as well ... :D

Did you SERIOUSLY report him? That would be SERIOUSLY low...

Thanks for checking....
And I guess you did not speak with anyone working there?
The people trying to sell an old MB or MBP(?) are totally in the dark about today's update?

Wow... that was pretty good :)

I think Mr. Jobs is watching this thread right now and just waiting to click that button to make the store go back online! Perhaos if we all log off, he'll think we're all not bothered about this update and it'll come online quicker!

Anyone with me? :D

I'm off.....

Well, what can I say... It's a good idea, but why would Steve Jobs be looking at a rumour site when he knows exactly whats coming and when!?
