Doesn't matter. Edu discount does not apply to cables and adapters. You coud probably get it by the 30th, but I think Apple could be punishing you.
All you have to do for edu discount is let them know that - they don't really verify. Even if they did, no worries.
You can simply cancel your order and place one without those pesky adapters. If UK has the store pickup, you can do that. If not, it'll ship the next day. And you can walk 5 minutes for the adapters.
OMG, it's 4:14AM and you just made me burst out laughing. I've waited since Feb for Haswell and it would be such a laugh if I could have just picked up my unit from the store.

Byzanti, but his is not a BTO. It's a standard build. He could have just walked into any apple store and picked it up.
When I used edu discount for my sister's laptop (granted it was in the US), I just placed it online and selected store pick-up. Even though she lives in Los Angeles and I'm in Chicago, it was not a problem.
This time, my order is a BTO(2.6/16/1tb) that was ordered with additional power adapter and time capsule - TC and power adapter have been delivered. But at least, I know it was a custom build.
