The rMPB BTO Shipping Thread

Has anyone noticed the "Available to Ship" for 15" with 750 M (2.3 or 2.6) with 1 TB SSD is now 4 - 6 business days?
 
UPS is a day and two hours late. Typical. Should people do a civil law suit against them already - please, like seriously they are pissing me off royally !

Has anyone noticed the available to ship is 30 days for the 2.8Ghz refurbished retina ? Never saw that before wow. Must be a special BTO with meat packer built into chip?

i doubt it, i still think its gonna be monday. I Think it has to go from poland to germany, then from there to east midlands.. then to the local depot. You never know!
 
Nine days for a BTO 15" MacBook Pro?

Ordered BTO 15" MacBook Pro on Oct. 28th with a delivery to a store. It said to expect delivery by Nov 7th. It seems a bit long, but I'm now starting my 3rd day without any sign if it shipping.

What should my expectations be for an actual delivery. Will it really be Nov 7th, or something closer?

How long did it take others here with a 15" rMBR to get their computers?

This morning, I checked the status and it had moved from Koeln to Castle Donnington, UK.
I went to University, and checked again at lunchtime - it was Out for Delivery!

As Uni had finished early, I raced home, to find the UPS van coming down my street just as I approached!

I had my MacBook in my hands before I could even unlock the door and go into the house - perfect timing.

I've been setting it up and playing with it - I have a Samsung LCD with no IR and no yellowing. Absolutely thrilled, loving the machine the more I use it! :)

I received my package 2 days early, but was out of town. Missed my earlier flight and took the next flight - what a scary flight. Storms, turbulence, free fall for so long some screamed, we land 1 hr late.

Now on the train home.

I hope I get to enjoy this laptop for years to come. Waited 8 months and I'm ever so close to my first unboxing.
 
Mine finally arrived, though I had to get through a hell of day before I could use it. Looks amazing. I want to get it into a case ASAP as I'm scared of damaging it!

Just got to wait for it to finish transferring files. :mad:
 
We all at the mercy of these giant corporations. I called UPS and they are heartless anyways, they asked me to call the shiny red fruity company, so I did, the fruity company was really nasty on the phone, said they only do something about it if UPS is 3 days late. I hung up. Got a refund submitted. Very happy to vote with my money today, again. ^_^ These companies are really good at pissing me off royally lately, what is up?!
