Sure it's smaller. I still prefer 3.5", though.Think about going back to the 3.5" screen after having a 4" screen, it looks tiny now.

I used the Mophie comparison about 30 minutes ago. The 6+ has a bit more battery life and my thought was if I bought a 6 with a Mophie, I may as well get the 6+.If anyone uses a Mophie Juice Pack Air on their iphone 5/5s (I do), here are the dimension comparisons...
5/5s With JPA - 2.58 x 5.55
6 - 2.64 x 5.44
6+ - 3.06 x 6.22
Obviously the 6 and 6+ are thinner than the 5+JPA.
So needless to say, for ME, the 6 is right around the same size as what I'm currently using with the fact that the screen size will be a little larger. Yet, it still feels small to me. With that said, the 6 will definitely be pocketable for those who want it.

I was going to buy a Mophie for my 5 until I replaced the battery.
I'll be interested in seeing benchmarks, but a lot of people I know who have iPads hardly use their phones, so perhaps staying with my current 5 or getting a 6 will be a better idea since I plan to get the iPad this year anyway.
I haven't bought an iPad yet because I haven't wanted to spend the $800+ to get the one I want and I know that multiple devices means I will use one way less.So really, just evaluate your uses. Since you haven't bought an iPad yet that is still up in the air for you.

What can your MacBook Air do that your pro can't?Depends on how you use them. I have a MacPro, a MacBook Air, an iPad Air and an iPhone 5 (soon to be a 6 Plus.) I use them all for different things. None gets neglected.

Oh, MacPro. duh. Sorry.Be portable?
It's a MacPro, not a MacBook Pro, though I do still have my 2009 MacBook Pro too, but never use it since upgrading to the Air. I kept it because of the optical drive, which comes in handy every once in a while.

I just don't know what to get! Arg!
(I wonder if those contact bubbles are optional in messaging. I don't have any contact pics.
It wouldn't surprise me if in benchmark tests that the 6 doesn't work out quicker & the same in real life. After all it has a lot less pixels to push that aren't scaled.
The more I've thought on this the more I am persuaded to get the 6, plus it's cheaper.![]()
Along with data mining my SMS, contacts, call logs and recording whatever from my mic and sending it back to the mothership. No thanks. No problem.
Doesn't it pull those from Facebook or something?
I see what you did there.
But I looked into it further and Arstechina did indeed claim that although you couldn't detect any blurriness, transitions and animations were not as smooth as the iPhone 6. It isn't scaling, it is downsampling, but it still taxes the GPU.

I really think Apple screwed their consumers when they gave the 6+ added features that they knew would attract buyers to the larger of the two devices whether they liked the bigger screen, felt comfortable with it or not.
