Don't buy it for protection from drops. My son knocked my wife's 7 out of her hand and rendered the phone completely useless... internals were damaged but screen was not cracked
speck should go back to the old style candyshell cases. Those had better protection than the Presidio cases.

I don't use the ones that I have. I've been using my Otterbox instead. I like it better. It reminds me of the old style candyshell.

I gave up on the presidio grip. Exchanged it 3 times as the rubber keeps breaking down. Their warranty is excellent but got tired of the exchange process.

Now I'm using a Playproof and like it a lot. Only con is that it's slippery. Not as slippery as the non-grip presidio, but definitely not a grippy case. Also like the cutouts, multiple holes to match the speaker/mic. Presidio now uses an ugly universal design to fit both iPhone 7 and 6.

I wish Speck fixes the issues with their rubber.

Yep their rubber issues have been ongoing since the first iPhone. I don't think it will ever change. They claimed to have fixed it but I never saw it as so. I thought maybe after being bought by Samsonite their quality would go up but I guess not.
