And if your using another upgrade within a family plan you have to enter the phone # of the phone that is eligible.

Of course its an extra step when the hone comes as you need to goto your carriers store and have them set it up to the # you really want.

We have done this a few times now with AT&T .. not a big deal but on launch day it can take a little time.

Does AT&T not have a transfer upgrade feature online? I'm transferring the upgrade for my grandma's old flip phone (which she won't be upgrading any time soon :p) and it's a very simple process on Verizon.
