I love it. Been using it to test our in house apps for work and I like the UI more and more. iOS 6 looks old and clunky to me
Yet, if Apple hadn't made it, would you still like it? I know your answer is yes but we both know, most people would laugh at it.

I would still like it. I like other OS's from other companies. Stop acting like you speak for everyone or like you have knowledge of everyone's thinking.

Yes, my answer is yes. I don't know, I don't much mind if people laugh at things I like anymore. As long as I like something, that's all that matters to me in the end.
If I felt like wearing stripes with plaid because I liked it, then I would. (Don't worry, I don't and hope I never will). lol

That proves nothing. Search anything negative about android and you'll find tons of information about it.
Unlike you, I didn't make generalities; I never said everyone likes it. I just said I do, but apparently you don't comprehend things very well.

My point was, if you search, you can find negative opinions about anything. Just because people have negative opinions, doesn't mean people can't have positive ones.
